“Location, Location, Location !” Just returned from a 2 week stay at this fab villa. The villa itself is lovely & much bigger than it appears on the photo's. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and had everything we could need for a truly relaxing and stress free holiday. The pool was a good size, especially for a 2 bed villa, The water clean, well kept & warm. The real plus for us, was the location. It is situated in a small cul-de-sac literally a 2 min walk to the nearest beach. With numerous bars, restaurants & shops within a couple of minutes walk. Although you are so close to everything, there was no noise/music from the bars at night time. Also, as the villa is on a no thru road, no car or motorbike noise either. Absolutely ideal. There is no need to hire a car, as everything is on your doorstep. We made good use of the local bus service, which runs every 15 mins or so & only costs 1.50 euros, to explore further afield. We have stayed in numerous private villas over the years and Villa Azura rates as one of the best. . Lee has been a pleasure to deal with, and responded to any query almost immediately. Thank you for making my "Birthday Holiday" so enjoyable & one to remember. We will be back!

“Wonderful Villa with everything you need.” An ideal location. The villa had everything needed for a great holiday. The welcome pack was most welcome as we didn't arrive at the villa until 2.30am. The owner is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have had a number of villa holidays and this was up there with the best of them. Thoroughly recommended.

“EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION” This has to be the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. The high standard of the apartment and its location was wonderful. We could walk to the beach (15 mins) supermarket (10 mins) and restaurants (15 mins). If you don't want to hire a car it is ideal. The apartment is immaculate and there is everything you could wish for and more. Kevin & Jill made the booking very easy and we would like to thank them both. Wonderful sunsets in the evening and a very comfortable balcony. Steve who was extremely helpful met us from the airport and soon sorted any problems we had. We will certainly consider it again if we go back to Cyprus.

“Amazing!” From the moment I booked Villa Isabelle, the owner could not have been more helpful, even calling me to discuss my queries giving a real personal touch. The owners management team arranged our transfers from the airport and our transport was waiting ready to assist us with our baggage as soon as we landed. Upon arriving at villa Isabelle after a long journey we were welcomed with a well needed welcome pack which also catered for my 8 year old son. The villa was stunning and well equipped with everything you need. The following day after our arrival a representative from the owners management team arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very reassuring knowing that help was at hand if we needed it. The villa is well situated, very quiet with the largest pool (my son was in the pool all the time even after a day the water park) Restaurants, bars and beaches are a 5 minutes walk. Fig leaf bay/Protaras central is 5 minutes in a taxi and the water park in Aiya Napa is only 10 minutes in a taxi. We had the best holiday and was well looked after, I would highly recommend and will definitely be back next year. Thank you Kishor.

“Perfect villa, in a perfect location, great for families!” We really loved Villa Caleri, the villa offered everything we could have wanted. Great outdoor area, with space for kids to play by the pool. Pool was a good size, and cleaned twice a week, so great for the children. Plenty of space in the villa, bedrooms a good size. Water cooler a bonus - less than €1 to fill the 19 litre bottle at the local garage! Area was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. 10 minutes in the car to Protarus, which is much busier - but Pernera still offers everything you need. Ayia Napa only 15 mins drive, and a very easy drive along the coast road. Would stay here again if we came back to this area of Cyprus.

“Fantastic Villa” This was our first time renting a Villa ( two adults and our teenage daughter) and we will be doing every year now. What a fabulous Villa this is !!. Located in a quiet cul de sac our days were peaceful and relaxing, the pool area was beautiful and very private. Mr Chavda was very helpful throughout and arranged a return transfer transfer for us everything ran so smoothly. We spent each evening dining in the town lots of lovely places to eat or just a cold drink, we had a takeaway one night from pizza hut which was really good. lf you want to cook or have a barbecue all the necessary utensils are at hand. The pool is cleaned once or twice a week which was adequate and didnt take long. My husband enjoyed a long walk every morning along the beach when it was a bit cooler a walk to the centre of Protaras from the Villa is a good 40 minute walk though and the pool was very welcome on our return. Buses are available every 20 minutes 1.50 Euros during the day and 2.50E at night we went a trip into Aiya Napa for the day and really enjoyed it. This being our first time renting was a little anxious but there was no need as everything went so smoothly. We would highly recommend this Villa to our friends and family.

“Beautiful!!!” We had a wonderful time in crystal lagoon and Cyprus. The villas was immaculate and very homely. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and there was a lot of info in the villa to help us with our stay. The area was lovely and a lot more relaxed than Protaras which we liked, making it a lovely place for families. All local restaurants were gorgeous, our favorite was the Italian (so much so we went twice). I would definitely recommend this area and the villa. We would love to come back again

“Exellent” We stayed at Palm villa for 12 days. The villa has everything you need to feel right at home. We loved those barbecue nights by the poolside. Location is perfect. Close to everything, but still Nice and quiet. Owner is fast to respond if there are any questions,and they make you feel that they will do anything to make your stay perfect. We loved it, so much that we can't wait to retur.

“Best holiday holiday in a familiar area , suited all family” Loved the apartment, wrap around balcony brilliant - facilities at the beach / pool / area were perfect. Normally stayed in very quiet private rentals but this was ideal mix of relaxation for my husband, beautiful beach where I could feed fish, sun beds on grassy bank were spaced well apart unlike further along the walkway. Lots of choice within walking distance - bars etc for night time. Would defiantly return here again.

“Brilliant” Excellent Villa. Could not fault it in anyway. Brilliant location for shops and beaches but also in a quiet spot too. So we had the best of both worlds. Will be going again this year to Cyprus but sadly we couldn't get this Villa again as it was already booked for the weeks we wanted.
