“A Spiritual Experience on Pawley's Island” We reviewed the Know Saints House on the Litchfield Real Estate Site and fell in love with this one over all the rest available houses. With the help of your friendly agents at Litchfield we were happy to find it available, Our first desire was to find one right on the ocean beach. Because we are antique lovers we were more than thrilled with the house and all it had to offer. Views of the ocean close by, convenient walkway to the beach where we spent most of the time. My grown children were intrigued with the local history of the house. The cozy room situations and availability of all necessary kitchen needs more than answered our family's desire. In addition to the house, we enjoyed the area around Pawley's Island for convenience of dining out. We visited the shops and especially enjoyed the Elizabeth Taylor Satterfield Interior Designs and the Gray Man Gallery. The inhabitants of the area were very friendly and helpful. Because I am an artist,I will have to say what I liked best about the house were the views of the ocean that were so spectacular they just took your breath away. All troubles were left behind while we were there. We will certainly keep this house in mind when we plan our next trip to the beach.

“A comfortable house in a beautiful setting” Billy's Legacy has a wonderful floor plan for extended family groups. The dock in the creek is joy for fishermen and crabbers. Our family really enjoyed our time here and we plan to return next year.

“Homey, Relaxing, Restful a real family place.” Our stay was great. The house was just as pictured on line and it had a very inviting feel. Bedrooms with ajoining baths was great and offered privacy. The view and the beach were so close that it made coming & going so easy. The beach felt almost private.We truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly consider renting the house again.Some negatives are outdoor spaces need some repair and better maintenance. Some more detailed cleaning of hard wood floors.Outdoor showers were fabulous to use but needed some repair.

“Great vacation home for a diverse group” We had family staying with us from 7-70!This house was large enough to accomodate all of them. The elevator was great for bad knees. The kitchen fully stocked. Loved the extras like the bottle of wine, goody bag and herbsin the kitchen. Highly recommend. The only reason we couldn't give it a 5 was because we had to drive to the beach with our stuff. Next time we will rent a golf cart!

“A wonderful vacation” We have enjoyed staying in Edgar's Headache for many years. This house is comfortable and well appointed. Each year we enjoy seeing the "updates" that the owners have done to keep this house a perfect place for a beach vacation. In the morning we use the creek side porch for coffee. In the evening we enjoy the aC of the house. The house has great outside showers for after a morning/afternoon in the sun. We feel fortunate that we have been able to rent this "just right" beach house.

“5th year in a row!” You have to love this condo for its convenience to the beach! We have been renting this unit for 5 years running on the same weekend in august. It is just a few steps to the beach, so if you forget something, it is no trouble to run back to the unit and retreive it. It is so relaxing and peacful. I love sitting on the poarch and reading on rainy days, or looking down at the early morning walkers on the beach. Every year we find an upgrade to the unit. Can't wait to come back!

“Amazing Views” My family and I spent two wonderful weeks in august at Joyce's Place, which included my very special 4 legged granddogter, Zoe. The property was clean, overall, and all appliances were in good working condition, including a great icemaker. The living area is spacious, including the bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked which made it very easy to eat in. The Sunroom was the best area in the house with marvelous views of the ocean and the convenience of beach front with little ones to chase. We only made a few minor repair comments, and suggested adding more plug in outlets in the bathrooms. We are returning next year a already counting the days.

“The perfect Litchfield Beach Experience” Except for the cold weather my family truly enjoyed the Quinn Cottage last week. We have tried to rent this for two years and it finally worked out! The furnishings were old school and great. It was nice touch to have usable kitchen cookwear because we cooked alot. I grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and am so glad to see the Old time values still apply instead of Condo City that has taken over up the coast. I wish Myrtle Beach would do a better job preserving what people come to the beach for. We don't want to be like everyone else.

“Our Stay at True Blue” My husband,son and I had a great stay at True Blue. This is our 2nd time staying there. The condo is super clean, very comfortable with nice size bedrooms. We loved, loved the screened in deck. It's was great to sit outside in the morning and sip your coffee while deciding what we would do for the day. We would also have a little "Happy Hour" on the deck before dinner. The view is so beautiful and very relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. The pool and hot tub are located just across the street. All and all just a great place to stay.

“This was a very fun and active vacation with the family.” We enjoyed staying at the Stewart beach house this year. My husband's family has been vacationing at Litchfield Beach since the late 1960's. It was nice to have a beach house with everything we needed. We learned after our stay that we could have contacted Litchfield Real Estate at any time if there is a problem with something in the house (like the grill being out of gas). This will be helpful information for our next stay.

“Spacious with fantastic view” Litchfield by the Sea is the perfect location for us! It is a gated community so there is no traffic and not a lot of people--nice & quiet. Tennis courts are in the compound as are pools for each set of condos. The grocery store is right outside the community as are most of our favorite restaurants and golf courses! A huge plus is the spaciousness of the condo and the fact that it is right on the beach--the view out of your balconies is of the dune, the beach and the ocean, that's it!!! No compaints whatsoever!!! This condo is 2 levels with a kitchen, dining area, large living room(with another big dinig table--great for puzzles and games), 1/2 bath, and a laundry room. The lower level has a gigantic master suite with a large separated bathroom along with the second bedroom with its own bathroom. There was only 2 of us and it was still an exceptional value!

“Can't wait to get back!” This place was exactly what we were looking for! This was a beautiful beach getaway. My family and I enjoyed waking up each morning to camp out on the beach for the day, only to return later that evening to relax by lounging on a huge screened in porch as we prepared dinner and enjoyed our favorite cocktails. Anna has created a warm environment at the house with an additional beachy flare that made you feel at home but ready to kick your heels up! My favorite part was swinging on the old wooden swing that is located on the 1st porch level. It reminded me of being a kid - just the way you want to feel on vacation ;) We will definitely be returning next year!
