“Lovely apartment, relaxing stay.” Beautifully furnished with all the basic facilities you would expect, plus much more that you don't think about but help to make the place feel like a home from home. The pool area was lovely, and so peaceful. Perfect for people with little ones. We were able to sit and enjoy the sun while our daughter napped in the room upstairs and feel sure that we could hear her when she woke. One suggestion, a comfortable mattress for the travel cot please? Good location for supermarkets and restaurants for the evening (Moustakalis and Archontariki were our favourites). For beach lovers it's a pretty walk but a bit of a trek, but since we preferred the pool area was fine for us. Highly recommended.

“Amazing views” The villa is lovely and spacious. The bedrooms are large and en-suite and all go onto a balcony. The kitchen is a real family room with a large table for us all to sit round. Had a bit of trouble with the dishwasher due to the lime scale. The family living room was great for games etc. The television set up really needs updating we took some dvd's for the children and the dvd player wouldn't play one of them! The wifi was very intermittent and slow. The patio area was perfect for the grandchildren to play ( both under 3) and it was great that you had to open gates to get to the poolside. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and used all the time but it did have to be cleaned before we used it as it was green! The pagoda was a welcome relief from the sun and to eat meals. And the barbecue was used often shame it wasn't gas! The views day/night are amazing. The little ants are a real problem and they bite and it really stings the grandchildren were bitten most days as we found them round the sealant on the pool steps where the children sat. You definitely need to hire a car for this villa.The ice cream man calls daily and has freebies! His fresh orange juice is a must! The beach is about 10 minutes away if that, but we found it very busy. Went for a walk from villa but it was just rocks no beach. There are numerous lovely restaurants. Days out the water park was a winner and the waterfalls. Went up through the mountains and went to see where boats are moored a lovely day and food was amazing. We used Phillipos supermarket where we found everything we needed. We had to pay for the air conditioning for each unit daily which worked out to 400 euros which we weren't expecting but was necessary due to the heat. We had a couple of problems but Giorgos was just an email away and he came out Asap to sort it. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was lovely thank you Giorgos

“An absolute pleasure ... wonderful place to stay, close enough to everything.” If I go here again, I probably will, I'd get the bus from the airport rather than hire a car. Plenty of cheaper cars on the Tomb of the Kings Road. Local pub accessed through the complex, past the pools, is excellent value food and has Wi-Fi at sensible cost. The house is well equiped and comfortable.

“Amazing location and views,absoluetly perfect holiday.” Villa Genevieve is just everything we hoped for,as soon as we drove up on the first night we knew it would be perfect,and on entering the villa,we were amazed at the interior it is outstanding,and the warm welcome we got from safe hands,who on our late arrival had put the tv on and there was a lovely lemon drizzle cake awaiting us. The Views are Just amazing and we were spoilt for choice for seating to soak them up it is a wonderful place,and we can't wait to go back.

“Fab Villa, Fab Location” This was our 15th visit to this villa, we had our honeymoon in it 10 years ago. It really is superb, the location is ideal and everything is a very short walk away. The villa has a lovely pool which is kept very clean and of course the owner cannot do enough to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. Will deifintately be back again.

“Peaceful, Relaxing and Spacious” Fab location just a max 5 minute stroll to the bakers, tavern and fruit market. Short drive to some beautiful locations and only 15 minutes to Paphos and 10 to Coral Bay. Good size bungalow, clean, 2 bathrooms, good communication from owners at all times. Wonderful pool cleaned twice during our weeks stay, a welcome dip when temperatures reach 30 in October! Area we have stayed in before which is lovely and quiet. Only one tiny comment which in no way is a real issue, the bed is a bit creaky.

“A really wonderful relaxing holiday with everything you need in apartment” We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean and spacious and we able to cook good meals during our stay. The sea views were lovely and the surrounding area very peaceful and quiet which was great for a relaxing holiday. The terrace was great with comfortable furniture and parasols. Were able to get into pool when weather warmed up half way through the holiday and really enjoyed it, it was kept nice and clean. In fact it felt like your own pool as it was so quiet. It is a long upward walk to Peyia village (which has an excellent supermarket and bakery) and though we did walk on quite a few occasions we hired a car for the last 2 weeks which we recommend everyone to do. However we did make good use of the local buses and for only 1euro each were able to get to Coral Bay, Paphos and other lovely regions. The apartment is situated within easy reach of many tourist attractions and driving is easy as same side as GB. We would highly recommend this apartment and Suzie the owner was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the booking process ensuring all queries were answered immediatley.

“Perfect Villa, Wonderful Owner!” Just got back after two weeks in Villa Marina in July - We loved it and had the best holiday - thanks to Marina for providing everything a holiday maker could want and to Edith and Barry for the little touches like leaving a light on for our late arrival and giving us the local knowledge! I was amazed that supermarkets were open till 9 on a Sunday, but was also glad that we had opted to purchase a shopping pack through Marina as we arrived after 11pm and had a frige with beer in it to start the holiday and yoghurt and honey for breakfast! The Villa was exactly as we'd seen in the photos - clean, comfy and beautiful. Oh and huge!!! We live in a cottage at home! The pool area being spacious and hot hot hot! - again with all we needed right there. (The pool and wifi being an excellent combo for our 16 yr old!) Location was perfect with Coralia Beach just across the road and for us the Akanas peninsula right on our doorstep. (We'd hired a car for the fortnight because I'm not able to walk far and because we like to explore). We did this a lot and found the beach underneath the 'Baths of Aphrodite Restaurant' to be the most beautiful place to snorkel - saw all kinds of fish/eel/starfish and even a sea cucumber! We also took a boat out from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon and my son and I got splashed in the face all the way there and all the way back!! We hated it! Snorkelling was good though although it was a struggle to get me back in the boat!!! Would reccommend getting a boat trip there and not doing it yourself! Course Husband LOVED it and laughed all the way there and back. Food wise we found all the restaurants in Coral Bay strip were good and reasonably priced. And so much more atmospheric when you are inside! We nearly gave the Italian a miss due to the location but went in as it was recommended and we had a wonderful dinner - scrummy food. LOVED Oniro's by the sea - great cocktails and really nice food/atmosphere and the view! Went there a lot. Can't think of anything else to recommend - did both waterparks - Limassol and Paphos - both great... We just had a really excellent holiday and having the villa to veg out in and pool to cool off in was the perfect way to do it. Many thanks to Marina and her team - she really knows how to do it right.

“Lives up to amazing views and location very close to Coral Bay.” Excellent location wonderful views over the stunning Bay. Coral Bay beach, shops and good restaurants nearby. The Villa was beautiful and spacious and took our breath away on arrival. Very clean and everything you need for a great holiday. We loved sitting on the Balcony for our meals and looking at the stunning scenery. We made good use of the pool and loungers as the weather was so good. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our family and friends. Simos the owner was very friendly and helpful and only to happy to recommend places.

“Best Villa I have stayed at in last ten years.” An excellent villa, very spacious with lots of room inside and out, a big playground for the grand kids fully equipped. A decent sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. A large covered patio for outside dining overlooking the pool. The only drawback some may say is that it is a little remote so a car is essential as there is nowhere that is in walking distance of the villa, for us this is a bonus as it is very quiet and laid back.
