“On the door step” We stayed at the caravan for 8 nights. Everything was great. I had everything in the caravan that I could have needed. Avril and her husband were very helpful if needed. Great location as everything is so close. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Padstows perfect home from home” perfect position short walk from harbour, gorgeous property with pretty furnishing all home comfort's. “Farmhouse Delight” Trevio Framhouse is an absolute gem. We have been coming here for the last 5 years, it really is a slice of Cornish heaven. The property is very well equipped and to a high standard with all the things you need when travelling with young children. The views and the wildlife around the farmhouse are breath taking.There are lots of amenities close by at St Merryn and several beaches and coves all within a 10 minute drive. Judith is very accomodating and nothing is ever too much, she always makes sure our holiday is superb. This is definateley a 5 star farmhouse!!

“A cosy and well equipped cottage fairly close to the coast” Three very nice bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. A lovely kitchen/living room where the kids played while we fixed the dinner. All three bathrooms were first class, and all appliances worked as they should. The tricky part was to get in and out of the narrow gate direct out on the road.

“Great stay, great location, great house” Sintra is a fantastic family house. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for all. The walk in wet room was fantastic for coming straight off the beach. The location is wonderful too, a 10 minute walk down the hill to one of the best family beaches in North Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.

“Absolutely Amazing Location and Accommadation” I didn't want to write this review because it will be harder to book in the future!!! We stayed here during the last week of the school summer holidays 2016 and it was fantastic in every way, great location, great house and even better host. Our young children loved the hot outside shower in the alley and we spent an amazing week on the beach which is literally 50m away and there is even a choice of sand or rock pools. Overall a great stay, so good we rebooked the day we left for next year!!!!

“Lovely holiday house” The house was warm and comfortable - lovely bedrooms with King size beds - very comfortable - en- suite bathrooms - a real luxury! Great views from all the windows - sonos in the kitchen so cooking accompanied by an assortment of Beach Boys to Techno! Lots of board games to choose from. A great location for all the bays and stunning coastline - Bedruthan steps was a highlight and breakfast at Fifteen in Watergate Bay was fab. As long as you can brave the narrow Cornish lanes leading to the house ( we got used to them) it's a great place for a holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Lovely spacious house in fabulous location” Very comfortable three bedroomed house in fantastic location. House immaculately clean on arrival, beds very comfortable. Great coastal walking nearby. So many beaches to visit including Constantine Bay and Treyarnon. Trevone beach has a lovely family feel to it. Enjoyed take away pizzas from the beach cafe. Warm welcome from the farm shop and can recommend the honey sausages! All in one a lovely week.

“The perfect base for a perfect stay in Cornwall!” We have just returned from a lovely week long stay at this lodge and couldn't have asked for more! We took lots of things with us that we thought we would need, but needn't have bothered...the lodge was fully equipped with everything (and more) that we had at home! Fridge, washing machine, microwave, tvs in the bedrooms, even cleaning materials and kitchen towel! There was ample comfortable space inside and a lovely deck outside for enjoying the sunshine (and to watch the new lambs in the field next door!) We would definitely recommend this lodge, and can't wait to go back again! PS the lodge is literally just 5 minutes away from Cornwall's Crealy park, a wonderful family amusement park which is currently doing 7 days for the price of one... Perfect to end the day at after a lovely morning on the beach. The little ones loved it (so did all the adults!) and lots of indoor activities too, so it's also great for that odd rainy day!

“Cornish cottage (sunshine cottage)” A gorgeous seaside cottage not far from the local bay! The cottage was lovely and spacious with inbuilt storage. 3 adults staying but would suit a family (2 adults, 2 children and a grandparent) quite comfortably. Would highly recommend to friends and family and would definitely love to book again.
