The Perruchons, charming cottage tastefully renovated
Beautiful Views

We stayed here for 2 weeks and were warmly welcomed by the owners. The gite is modern, stylishly decorated and has everything you need. It is equipped to a high standard. We had a very enjoyable stay here. We visited with our youngest two children aged 20 and 14 and enjoyed roaming around France, eating out, visiting places of interest and coming home to excellent family BBQ's outside the gite where we were able to sit outdoors on the wonderfully warm evenings, eating and talking late into the evening. So relaxing! We also had some great table tennis games outside! This year we didn't travel with our eldest son, who speaks french, and so we were very grateful to the owners for helping us out when one of our tyres punctured. They phoned a tyre shop in Macon and arranged for new tyres to be fitted on our car that same day. We hugely enjoyed visiting La Clayette, nearby, and were excited to stumble upon the impressive Berze le Chatel, a medieval castle, when we were taking the tourist route (D17) to Cluny/Macon. Paray Le-Monial is a stunning town with fantastic architecture, natural beauty and shops! This is a really beautiful part of France!see more
