“The best rental home on the market - 5 stars” We have stayed at the Dolphin Inn rental home in Southern Shores (Duck), NC for four years now. The home owners are fantastic to deal with, very accommodating and gracious hosts. They take pride in their home always looking for ways to upgrade their offerings to the most discerning guests. This home has everything you would want in a rental home (7 nicely decorated bedrooms, large deck spaces, pool and hot tub, large children's playground called the pirates ship, sand volleyball court, basketball, gas grill, beautiful landscaping, Wifi, more TV channels you could ever imagine, a huge movie library, flat screen Tv's in every bedroom and living room, kids bunk rooms, 1 block from the beach, ocean views from the decks and second and third level living areas, memberships to a great local golf course - bowling alley, movie rental store, etc., This home is like a 5 star resort and I should know as I am in the luxury resort business. the home is clean, very well maintained and has excellent owners (George and Suzanna). everything you need is located onsite to include easy to carry beach chairs for the beach and a book that tells you everything you need to know about the local area and places to visit. I could not be more pleased about my vacation visits to the Dolphin Inn and will be back for many years to come, sometimes twice a year!

“Upscale vacationing” My family and I arrived on June 1, 2019 and was immediately surprised over the condition of the home. Everything is very nice and in top condition the walk to the beach is at most a small city block. The amenities were top scale, the hot tub and pool was used a lot ! Next time I think we will have the pool heat added. The kids enjoyed the pool but it was a bit to chilly for me. The washer stopped working while we was there , but Vino replaces it the next day. He has went above and beyond to make sure our stay at Carolina Breeze was amazing ! I would recommend staying in Carolina Breeze ! The house was very comfy!!

“Memories for a Life-time!” I planned a 60th Birthday Celebration for myself and 8 of my best girl friends! I wanted this trip to be very special to honor the friendship these women had given me over the years. When I came across Sunnybank on Vrbo, I thought I had found the perfect spot. I never dreamed it would be even more perfect than I could have imagined! Karen was a dream to work with and did everything she could to assist me in planning our week at Sunnybank. We wanted for nothing at Sunnybank! It was outfitted with anything you could want and more. The place was beautiful, clean sooo homey and comfortable. Every day brought the wild horses to and around the house and every evening brought beautiful sunsets over the dunes. No one wanted to leave once we arrived. The trip down the beach and over the dunes to Sunnybank was a great adventure for all of us. You won't be sorry if you are fortunate enough to book a week at Sunnybank! I would go back over and over if I could.

“Relaxing with natures beauty in a home away from home” We are returning guests to Kelly's Beach Retreat as we love the Outer Banks and this rental home is so well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is large and seats a larger family for dinner or games. The decks are nice for enjoying the sun and viewing wildlife and stars at night. The sand area right off the deck is great for children to play as parents bbq. The beach is a short walk and lots of sand and surf to play in. This home is well maintained by the owners who are very easy to work with. Great vacation place.
