“Wish I could stay permanently” This was a perfectly relaxed chilled out holiday. Accommodation had everything we could possibly want. Nice quiet location but with lots of amenities very close by for those that like a more energetic holiday and a pool right outside the front door. Lovely little sun terrace that's completely private for those that like an all over tan and a roof top BBQ for alfresco eating. Loved it so much I've already booked for next year.

“Immaculate Property - Great Location” The property is situated in a great location. It is only a pleasant 20 minutes walk to the beach or 5 minutes by car. It was good to be away from the busier areas and stay in a location which was quiet and peaceful whilst having access to a few bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The property was spacious with lots of different areas to chill out and relax which is ideal if you are staying as a group of friends or family as you have your own space and privacy if needed. You also have a choice to sit in the sun or the shade. The Banana Tree Thai restaurant is a few hundred yards away and is probably one of the best restaurants in the area and well worth a visit. There is lots to do within a short drive of the property as well as further afield. There is a really useful information folder in the property to help you plan your holiday.The WiFi is fast and you also have access to a TV with plenty of channels along with a DVD player. The property is well maintained throughout and very clean . Overall I would highly recommend this property which is very good value for money. I will certainly be staying there again.

“Beautiful apartment” We had a brilliant time at the villamartin plaza apartment... perfect for popping down for a meal or drink....sitting on the balcony to people watch or listen to the entertainment...would definitely like to come back for another holiday... The apartment had everything you needed although a bigger fridge would have been useful..

“feel here like at home)” We perfectly spent our holidays here is rented this villa. We were here this and previous year in September (2011 and 2012). Very comfortably and accurately inside the house. The house is executed in cozy design. Apartment is located very good. When the weather is hot outside you can feel yourself very comfortable at home. There is all that is necessary nearby (Carrefour, Mercadonna, Consum, Lidl, Super Vallu) . You can reach a beach side very quickly. In step-by-step availability there are many restaurants and cafe. Moreover, nowadays will open the big commercial center “LA ZENIA Boulevard “ for excellent shopping. If you want you can reach in 10 minutes by car the internet café and have a look your e-mails) More often we cooked at home and covered a dinner on a verandah. For the real housewives here everything is available! We recommend these apartments very much. You can be sure that you will be happy staying here!

“Perfect Family Friendly Villa In The SUN” We spent a week staying at the villa for a short family holiday. Had a great time and would recommend it 100%. We has a great relaxing time with so may things locally (bars,restaurants,activates). The house had everything you need. Taxi and public transport was also easy to sort out.

“5 star accomodation” Spent a wonderful 10 days at this well equipped and furnished villa in Las Ramblas. I was especially delighted at the quality of the outdoor furniture as we spent a lot of time on the sunbeds!

“A Perfect Week Away With My Fiancé!” Even before we left, the owners Carl and Jo helped us plan our holiday providing loads of advice and answered promptly all our questions. A beautiful, well laid out, spacious villa, equipped to a very high standard, we didn’t need to look for anything as the villa had it all and only a 5 minutes stroll to the local amenities where the supermarket stocked everything including very friendly staff!. The villa had powerful air conditioning which my Fiancé was very happy about! We were so settled throughout the day and evening we found it difficult to drag ourselves away to the local bars and restaurants even though they were within easy walking distance. The private pool was ideal and a real must have in this part of the world. The villa also has access to the pool directly across the the street however we didn’t need use it as the villas pool was a large and always inviting. We hired a car to take us further afield. We visited La Manga, Catajena, Torrevieja Marina and Mar Menor. My favourite trip out was to the Boulevard which was just a few minutes drive from the Villa. There I bought all my holiday presents for my family along with some luxury treats for myself! This shopping centre sold everything you could possibly think of, done very good hair care shops there..... We had a perfectly relaxing and refreshing week and hope to return. Thank you both for letting us stay.....

“Lovely relaxing holiday” Stayed for a week with family, everything about this place is lovely. Really relaxing, 3 year old Grandson loved the pool which is lit up at night, which was handy as we could not get him out of it. Nice restaurant 5 min walk away, already booked again for next year, we enjoyed it that much. Paul the owner and his wife are very discreet and you feel like the whole villa is yours. 10 out of 10 from us. Dave and Deb Liverpool.

“Peaceful setting in a beautiful villa” We have just returned from casa piedra, it is a beautiful villa, well presented & very clean. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is a minute walk from the villa & is never over crowded. The roof terrace is perfect to sit out in the evening and the street is lovely & quiet. We hired a car but isn't necessary as everything is close by. Thank u Sharon & Richard for letting us stay in your lovely home!
