“Couldn't ask for more” Firstly, apologies to Sophie and Willem for the late review. My wife and I have holidayed in Olhao many times over the last few years. On this occasion, we visited with our daughter and her boyfriend, my in-laws and our niece. We needed a large apartment that could take us all and when checking out reviews, we decided that this was the apartment for us. We were right. When we arrived, we were greeted with beer, wine and olives. Sophie and Willem are a lovely couple and gave us lots of information about Olhao. The apartment is superb. It is large, very nicely decorated and absolutely immaculate. Sophie and Willem have made sure that everything you could possibly think of is catered for - suncream, deoderant, toothbrushes, tea, coffee (lovely coffee machine), hats, books, and so the list goes on. We had a couple of very minor issues with the TV and air con and all it took was a phone call and they were there to sort things. They even arranged transfers for us to the airport and back to meet our niece who arrived just after we did. We could not have asked for more from a holiday rental and would 100% recommend it. If travelling to Olhao in a large party again, we won't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much.

“A wonderful apartment” My husband and I have just returned from a holiday in this beautiful apartment. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and Miguel and Lia also arranged for some food and wine to be left on our arrival. Everything has been thought of so you don't even need to buy dishwasher powder! (Most rentals we have stayed in expect you to buy everything and are left completely bare on arrival). The views are beautiful looking over the Ria Formosa. The local town is quiet and all the local restaurants are excellent, maybe not "Fine dining" but that is reflected in the prices which are fantastic, especially if you have been on holiday in the Vale do Lobo area, you will know what I mean!! There is a small beach close by but it is fun to get on the local ferry or get a private water taxi over to the islands. There are a few of these and I strongly recommend a visit to as many as you can, they are fascinating and the beaches are beautiful. There is also a communal infinity pool for the apartments, however I would say the sun lounger are wooden and you cannot lay on them comfortably for very long, however Lia told us it was ok for us to take the sun lounger mattresses down to the pool if we wanted to. We will definitely be staying here again. A huge "thank you' to Miguel and Lia for a perfect holiday.

“First class apartment, and owners” This is a fantastic apartment and Olhao was a big surprise. The apartment was beautifully decorated. It is finished to a high standard and with a balcony view to die for. I would highly recommend this apartment. Sophie and Wim can't help you enough. They are only a phone call away and always on hand with great info. Walking around the town you would always find a café or bar to chill out. There were many restaurants and food was very good. O BOTE was our favourite. We did not get to the Islands but there is always next year. My wife and I have been in the Algarve many times. We have always found the people are very friendly. The people of Olhao were the friendliest we have come across. We are already looking to go back to Olhao. We will back to this special apartment or one of Sophie and Wim's other apartments which look just as good.

“First class!” Beautifully designed apartment, fully equipped and all with high quality furniture and devices. All very clean and with such a nice atmosphere. You only need to bring your close. The owners of this apartment have thought about all you may need... beach towels, robes, sun cream, films to watch in different languages, books and many more...(this besides the usual shampoo, hair dryer and so on). You can be sure you are in good hands.

“Lovely, peaceful holyday” We stayed in this apartment in Fuzeta for one week and had a lovely time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, to cook and have a easy stay. It is really nice with young children, as everything is safe and the pool area is well suited for children and easy to access. The small city center is really nice with its restaurants and lovely beaches. Have the seafood! It is to die for! We look forward to be going back.

“Fantastic Property, own swimming pool priceless - highly recommended” We were made to feel very welcome from our first meeting with the villa manager & she was always available during our stay. All of our party really enjoyed our stay in this top class accommodation, which was very well equipped. Our teenage sons especially enjoyed the table tennis in the basement. The pool was fantastic with plenty of sun beds & space to enjoy the sunshine. A car is essential for shopping & eating out. We enjoyed several good meals in the resort of Olhao, about a 30 minute drive away & also in Moncarapacho just a short 10 minute drive away.
