“Place to base your adventures!” What a marvelous place - truly Paradise with an Ocean View. We arrived just before Xmas and were greeted by Pauline and Miss Sheila. They helped us with the local customs and settled us in before the big Xmas eve events in the town. They even put up a tree for us! The condo is well stocked and maintained - we didn't lack a thing. Pauline can make you great dinners with all local ingredients. Something to definitely enjoy. The view from the balcony is unmatched. Sometimes you see a quiet beach - the next day watch the reaction to the cruise ships with roaring jet skis and party boats leaving the harbor. We were also treated to 2 weddings and family celebrations. Beach access is easy. You can also find any activity on the beach or the kiosk in the lobby. Nice to walk out of the gate and get on a boat to snorkel or travel to Dunn Falls. Easy to get to other beaches, dolphin shows or even Bob Marley's Mausoleum by taxi or bus. While you can prepare your own meals - you can walk to a wide range of places - Burger King/Margaritaville to the Jerk Center. 3 great places within 200 meters. No lack of variety. I would recommend this location to just about anyone - a stay on the beach person or rabid explorers. All of it is here in Jamaica - and this place is a great base.

“wonderful” I must say we enjoy ourselves at chill on the hill. my four friends and I. The condo is very spacious well kept nice sitting area with T.V. And Free WiFi,and kitchen . The bedrooms are a fair size easy access to the bathrooms,we also had a great view of the city from the condo, breath taking.We took a trip to the pool area that was lovely, had a great time, the property itself is in a great location the atmosphere made our stay even more pleasant:) We also took a walk to the restaurants which was about ten mins. away. i like that ,not to much walking:) my experience was pleasurable, every thing you want to experience is right there, And special thanks to the agent Phillip his service was superior:) thank you!!!

“Amazing homebase for our Jamaican adventures!” My wife and I stayed at Cabarita Lookout with 3 other couples in early February 2014, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to other travellers who are looking to experience Jamaica outside of its cruiseship port destinations. The house itself is great. It's quite new, has plenty of space, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house had wifi, though we tried to keep our devices off for the most part (but it was nice for streaming music to the bluetooth-equipped speakers they have around the place)! I loved the main dining table--it's about 16 feet long and could fit a huge family. The house has million dollar views from the patio or from the pool deck. Sharon and Natalie, the cooks/housekeepers, and Cutty, the driver/all-around-helpful-guy-for-whatever-you-need, were all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast typically included eggs and pancakes and a huge plate of fresh fruit. Sharon took requests for dinner (and also provides recommendations), and the result was always authentic, fresh, home-cooked Jamaican food. Cutty is quite the character, in a very good way. He seems to know everyone and everything in the area. He recommended a scuba diving company and drove my wife and I there, and it was perfect. He arranged for some local fishermen/budding tour guides to take us to Black Sand Beach and guide us on a hike to a remote waterfall--highly recommended. He'll also provide roundtrip shuttle to and from the airport, which is key. It was a little strange basically having our own private driver on this trip, it definitely felt more luxurious than our typical vacations where we tend to rely on public transportation. The house is located a relatively short drive from a ton of spots worth visiting. You could plan out your trip in advance, or just sit down with Cutty on the first night and plan your trips for the week then. Tl;dr: 5 stars, awesome house, awesome views, awesome people in Sharon and Cutty. Will be going back.
