Really pleased that you enjoyed The Summerhouse and that it ticked so many boxes on your wildlife spotting wish-list. Future guests please note that although the view is guaranteed, hares, partridge and swallows are, like Jersey Royal potatoes and English asparagus, subject to seasonal availability. Little egrets, arctic terns, grey partridge, kingfishers, cuckoos, greater spotted woodpeckers and puffins (all seen recently within a mile of here) need to be ordered in advance. Dodo birds and Norwegian blue parrots are chargeable extras - ask for price before booking.

We currently don't leave a non-slip bath mat in the cottage for hygiene reasons, but we will certainly look into adding an option for guests to request one during the booking process (or even during their stay).
