“Colwyn Lodge = a little piece of heaven on earth” My partner and I have stayed in many places in wales. Here was by far our favourite!! We had a friend come over last minute to join us away and they made us very comfortable and did all they could to make three of us fit into a two person cottage (we also had our american bulldog with us sooo really more like four people) They were also wonderful with our dog, checking on him when he got a bit fretful by himself. Great location, central to where we needed to be plus close to creature comforts of shops and pubs yet we felt worlds away once we closed the door behind us. The river running past was peaceful. I think the best way to compliment here is to say if I could move in there as a home I would. Couldn't ask for more! Can't wait to be able to go back :)

“great stay” Great stay would have prefered not to find the dead mouse in the saucepan cupboard would have liked it more if it was alive or used a humane trap It was a lovely touch to have the cake as a welcome gift the rooms were very good and clean it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay and will recommend it to friends and recommend best of Wales to anyone as you were more than helpful and kind about my mispronunciation of your place names Thank you again Lorraine Brown

“Absolutely lovely” The cottage and its surroundings were all that we hoped for, 3 generations had a thoroughly good time which takes some doing The gardens were a safe environment for my grandson to play in while myself and daughter were able to relax on the patio area.
