Thank you so much for kindly taking the time to review Castleview Cottage. It is very important to us that our guests have an exceptional experience staying at our home. Our limitation to 2 adult guests is to ensure your comfort as the upstairs shower room and bunk room are both functional but compact - perfect for 2 but as I advised when I reluctantly amended your booking to 3 adults, I think a 3rd adult compromises your overall level of comfort and our expectation is always a 5 star experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay. This is the first year that the house has been used for holiday lets and feedback is helpful so that we can improve and hopefully ensure that visitors have an enjoyable time.
We are sorry that you felt the description of the house to be misleading. We had not realised that it wasn’t clear from the map distances to Llanberis by road or on foot, or that from the photographs of the outside of the house that it is located on an unadopted road.
We have now altered the listing to include distances from the house to Llanberis and specified that the house is reached via an unadopted lane.
