“Sunnybank Exceeds Expectations!!!” We took the whole family (11 of us)to Sunnybank for a week in July. The house is magnificent - a delight in its amenities as well as its location. The layout provides for privacy for family members as well as large rooms for the whole family to enjoy. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The beach is great for swimmers and shellseekers alike. We also went kayaking and hang gliding.

“A Memorable Vacation” : We were a party of eight, aged from 17 to 70, staying at the Dolphin during the second week of August. Within one day of our arrival we decided that this was a fantastic place to spend a week. Among the best things about the Dolphin are these. The owner could not have been more helpful, calling us several times during our arrival to answer all of our questions and ensure that everything went smoothly. The house itself is well designed to give everyone their own space and to provide a large and comfortable place for everyone to gather. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and situated for maximum privacy. The home has many amenities and is meticulously maintained. Lastly, it is located very near the beach and convenient to restaurants and attractions. On the way home we agreed that this was the best family vacation ever.

“Spacious beach house perfect for both relaxing and lots of beach fun” Our family recently stayed at Carolina Breeze. Both young and old enjoyed the house amenities that included pool, screened porch, hot tub, jigsaw puzzles, pool table, large kitchen and dining area, full view of both sunsets and sunrises, beautiful beach, and many nearby activities. Rained nearly entire week but fun was found every day including kite surfing, wild horse safari, aquarium, kiting, long walks, delicious nearby take out and dine in restaurants to choose from, and quiet spacious beach house and yard when quiet time wanted. 3 decks that provide views from porch swings, hot tub, and comfortable deck chairs. Swam on cool days in rain as pool was heated. Vino answered all requests and questions prior to arrival on timely basis so no surprises or questions on arrival. Area natives very friendly and helpful. Our family gives Carolina Breeze an A+.

“Will definitely be returning back to Kelly's Beach Retreat” Once again, my family and I had a wonderful visit to the Outer Banks at KBR. The owner is very easy to work with and knowledgeable on fun family activities and restaurants throughout the area. The house is the perfect size for multiple families and grandparents to spend a relaxing week close to the beach. The short walk to the ocean is accessible for our young children as well as grandparents. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook large family meals at the house in order to avoid eating out every meal. The house is surrounded by large decks with ocean views that we enjoyed throughout the week while reading and sunning. This home's low key, cottage feel is the perfect place to stay at the Outer Banks for single or multiple families.

“Honeymooners in the Mountains!” We selected asheville because it was halfway home from Florida where we had our wedding ceremony on 12/27/12, also because we had heard so many good things about asheville. Since we were traveling with dogs, a fence is a must as they enjoy running around and taking in the smells untethered! Red Gate Cottage was so very much more than a fenced-in cabin in the woods. It is hard to describe all the personal touches that Georgia has put into the cottage to make it so magical. In fact, we probably missed some awesome asheville sightseeing because the cottage would not allow us to leave! We enjoyed the limitless options of vegetarian/vegan fare the city had to offer and are already looking forward to future visits.

“Best mountain stay ever!” This is truly one of the best mountain places we have ever stayed! Our vacations are varied, and we like to visit different resorts/rentals when traveling, but this is one place we would definitely return to in the future. The owner was extremely helpful with every question we had, even in the midst of a family emergency. She answered my emails/texts quickly and completely. The cabin has everything you could want and was the perfect place for our family of five. Each child had their own room with extra space leftover. The downstairs game room had something for everyone, and we spent time there every night - made for great family competition! The hot tub was a nice, relaxing way to end the evening. We were pleasantly surprised to find more than the basics in the kitchen to help us in preparing our breakfasts before we headed out to explore each day. We look forward to coming back in the summer and experiencing the fun river activities - tubing, kayaking, etc. We would highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

“Cleanest & Best Equipped Cabin we ever rented” This cozy cabin is located in a quiet wooded section of Maggie Valley. WE have rented many mountain cabins over the last 30 years and this was the cleanest and best equipped cabin we have ever rented. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. Downstairs shower is a little small (RV size) and that was the only negative. Very comfortable and lots to do in the area. Some good restaurants in the area as well. Beds were comfortable and deck with rocking chairs provided a relaxing view. Would recommend this cabin to family and friends.
