“Review of our stay at 1804 Savona Pkwy Cape Coral vacation rental home for the month of March 2018” We enjoyed a lovely stay at a very nice home. It was clean, neat, and well equipped with lanai and kitchen furniture and supplies along with a nice heated and well maintained pool, all of which we used as we stayed for a month. The back yard canal view was excellent and my wife and I spent a good deal of time enjoying this view in both the Lanai and the living room. The manager Mr. Mayr was a pleasure to do business with. The property manager Diane kept up good communications with us and Comcast the one day their service was down. We felt like we had people working to insure we had a good time. There are many nice aspects of the house but there are a couple of items that do need repair or replacement: the Top deck boards on the dock, the BBQ, and the kitchen oven - which did function although you couldn’t see temperature settings nor were you able to adjust the temp. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and our intentions are to continue to vacation in Cape Coral vacation homes in the spring for the next few years.

“Stunning Views from 27700 Kings Kew” 21 days of stunning views- We enjoyed watching dolphins feeding, egrets and even a pair of ducks hatch 7 eggs in the bushes by the house. The house itself was comfortable and convenient to nearby restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed use of the bicycles daily and rented a pontoon boat for a day on the water. Some of the beach equipment could use replacing and the pool area needed hosing down but Alex, the Property Manager, promptly responded to all inquiries in a professional manner. We hope to return again for a longer period of time.

“UNBELIEVABLE!!!” Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. We are an outdoor couple that loves nature and we couldnt have asked for a better place to do so. The 4-wheel drive down to this particular cabin is nothing to worry about as long as you know how to drive. Nerve racking but believe me totally worth it!! On top of gorgeous scenery at the cabin there are plenty of things to do close by. Rock climbing, fishing, trails to hike leading to the Natural Land Bridge which we recommend. Also if you turn right onto the main road towards Slade there is a waterfall about 30 minutes down that way on the right with fishing and swimming. The owners are great and very friendly. All in all a great way to enjoy the outdoors. We will be going back again and again.

“A peaceful and picturesque location with plenty of space.” The rear of the villa has stunning views and the location at the head of a quiet cul due sac makes it private and safe. The rooms are large and well appointed with a very good standard of cleanliness. The pool temperature was comfortable as was the bed in the downstairs master suite!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.and would very much like to return.

“A perfect escape...” My husband and I, and our friends had a wonderful time at Chris' home. John, the property manager, was so helpful and very kind. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location is close enough to everything - downtown Mystic, grocery store, Sea Swirl, Sea Well, and the water, but the property still afforded us our privacy. This house was perfect for entertaining our group, inside or outdoors poolside. We're already planning our return !

“A Perfect Dream” We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Ibis. This home offers everything you need, lovingly furnished guest to detail and very clean. The care on site is excellent, very helpful and very nice. Furthermore the Villa IBIS is located very centrally , close to shopping as well many restaurants. “Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!
