“My Dream Wedding” I had my wedding at the Bella Vista in June 2011. My husband and I stayed there for 5 nights with 26 of our friends and family. Everything could not have been more perfect. There are no words to describe the property and views. They far surpass beautiful and breathtaking. Jennifer and Britt were absolutely amazing. There couldn't be two more perfect people to be the property managers at Bella Vista. They are so friendly and so accomodating and keep the property looking immaculate. I don't know how I could have had my wedding without Jennifer there to help me. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. All of our guests were raving about how great they were. The Bella Vista made my dream wedding become a reality!!!

“Pure luxury in Puerto Vallarta” We just got back from a week's stay at the Cas Dos Cisnes. All I can say is "Wow!". From the minute you arrive, every aspect of your comfort is addressed by the amazing staff. Pepe, Elvira and Chef Martin go above and beyond to make sure you never want for anything. The house is spotless at all times and the meals by Chef Martin are out of this world! The hand-carved seahorse he made out of watermelon peel for my 7-year-old daughter was a big hit. The house itself has wonderful colonial architecture. The views from every level are breathtaking and you are high enough on the hillside to see for miles across the bay. The recent addition to the poolside cabana opens up that area and make it a very comfortable place to spend countless hours. As for amenities, there is a great sound system throughout the house complete with XM Satellite. There are plenty of board games for the kids and we had some great times as a family re-connecting over a game of Monopoly. We were able to watch all our TV shows on the satellite TV and we always felt extremely safe knowing there is staff on hand during the day and a state-of-the-art security system at night. Puerto Vallarta is a very safe place anyway, but it is always nice to have that added sense of security. The beach is about a 10 minute drive down the hill. Budget about $30 USD round trip each time. The beach has lots of great activities including jet skis, banana boats and para sailing. We also took a day's excursion to the local snorkeling site about 20 minutes from the harbor. Close by is a tequila factory tour (good fun though a very short experience), bungy jumping which my teenagers were able to knock off the bucket list, and horseback riding through the jungles. The highlight of the trip for sure was the day trip to Sayulita (1 hour each way) where we learned how to surf. In closing, we loved every minute of our stay at Casa Dos Cisnes.

“Exceeded our expectations!” My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Mickey's Masterpiece and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, and beautifully appointed, and offers many great added features that you won't find in most rental homes. The owners have done a good job of ensuring customer comfort and safety. We had our 7 year old granddaughter stay with us and she had the time of her life. She enjoyed the pool and hot tub excessively and couldn't stay out of the game room which the owner's have smartly converted from their garage. The home is located within a mile or two of the Disney gates and we found the trip to Disney World, Magic Kingdom, and Downtown Disney to be rather simple. If I didn't want to stay at the Disney Resorts this is certainly the next best thing. I would recommend this home to my friends and relatives, and anyone else, without hesitation. Enjoy yourselves!

“Perfect for our needs” A great location just outside of the historical plazas turned out to be one of the best bargains as well as it's fun neighborhood. This home is big, yet homey at the same time. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us with an extra room had we invited company for the night. Our host James gave us the tour of his fully furnished home along with the number of keys needed and also had phones for our use other than the free international phone in the house itself. We visited the historical sites as well as the artisian towns nearby. We enjoyed coming back to the more quiet area of this large city to visit, cook in or go out to the many great restaurants all within walking distance from the house. I highly recommend this home for groups of people traveling together. It was a great value as well considering the price being paid by 3 couples! A wonderful stay in a fun city. “This Place Has Everything You're Looking for on Maui” We really enjoyed staying at Maui Kai 806. The setting suns and moons as well as the layout of the unit, and the extremely helpful staff (especially Rowena) made our stay wonderful. We would recommend this place to our closest friends and relatives. It is ideally situated with access to all that Maui has to offer. Close to terrific beaches (snorkeling, sunning, etc.), close enough to beautiful sightseeing around Maui, and access to wonderful Lahaina, this place is simply amazing. It was my first trip to Hawaii and definitely a 5 star stay. This place rocks!

“What a gorgeous spot!” I don't think there is a more beautiful location in Cabo than sitting on this deck watching the sun set. Not only is the location tops but the home is gorgeous. The rooms are all large and well decorated, without being too decorated. And the pool with the rock in the middle was the kids favorite spot. We can't wait to bring our family here again! We loved that they didn't have TVs all over the place, if that is what you want, this is not your place. (although i think they did have a TV for Dvds?)

“A lovely villa in an excellent location” Ebbtide is a beautiful house situated right next to the Caribbean Sea in Fitts Village, St James, West Coast of Barbados. The house sleeps 8. The top two bedrooms are stunning and large and have a shared balcony (huge) overlooking the sea. The ground floor double is huge (plenty of room for a cot) and has a large bedroom, but no view. The fourth room on the ground floor is small and contains twin beds and is more suited to children, and has an en-suite. There are no baths in the property, but this was not a problem for us. The website advertises the house as having a small plunge pool. This is accurate, and was adequate for the three small children that we had with us ( a one yr old, a three yr old and a five yr old). In an ideal world, we would have liked a larger pool but owing to the proximity of the sea this was not a huge problem. The house comes with staff, a cook, Merlissa, and a maid, Jackie. The staff work 9-2 and 5-8. If you are early risers and would like an earlier breakfast it is worth discussing this at the time of booking. The quality of the cooking was first rate, and the house was always clean and tidy, and our clothing was laundered and turned around each morning. We had little contact with the house manager, Andrew, but what contact we did have was positive and helpful.

“Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“PERFECT LOCATION, EVERYTHING AS DESCRIBED AT THIS WONDERFUL HOME.” The location was perfect. It is right in between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. It was very convenient for sightseeing. There were 9 of us aged 9 to 59. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The youngest loved fishing on the dock and swimming in the pool. The teenagers loved the pool and theatre room. They all enjoyed smores at the firepit. The older ones enjoyed the deck overlooking the water watching the ducks, geese and the daily heron visit. The dock seemed to be the Heron's favorite fishing spot. The house was as described and more. We have been staying at vacation rental homes for over 15 years and this is by far the best stocked home we have stayed at. Other owners claim to supply laundry soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, etc., when you get there it is only a starter supply. That is not the case here. There was a huge stock of these items as well as stain removers, dryer sheets and to many other things to list. We ate out but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including a bottle of wine, spices, coffee, filters and a complete array of pots and pans. Glenn was a pleasure to work with. He was very unobtrusive yet just a phone call away to answer any questions or give advise about dining, shopping or to answer any other questions. My only regret is that Glenn doesn't have a home at our destination each year (we go someplace different each year). If he did I would save a lot of time in choosing a place each year.
