“Fabulous hosts and a wonderful home...” Happy New Year, Ken and Sarah! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Your home is fabulous and was the perfect setting for our Christmas vacation! The children were beside themselves when they walked in to find a lit Christmas tree...with gifts! Thank you for your thoughtfulness! Having lived in Europe and visited London, the children were delighted to open their gifts and find their favorite Cadbury candies and we adults are partial to shortbread. We returned from grocery shopping on Christmas Eve to find you had sent us the cutest floral Christmas Snowman! Thank you! You truly made us feel like family. Your Harry Potter bedroom was a big hit with our grandchildren. They were so excited that they stayed up until we arrived at midnight (only 9:00PM in our time zone) to show us everything in "their" room and to give us a tour of your home. None of us expected such a spacious and inviting home. We didn't find the Harry Potter DVDs until Christmas Eve (we had gone shopping for them without success), but that turned out to be perfect timing since we had planned to stay home on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Your living room was such a comfortable place for our Harry Potter marathon! With the smell of baking Christmas cookies...who ask for anything more? We were amazed and very happy with your large and well equipped kitchen. (Your granite counter tops are gorgeous!) Again, perfect since we wanted to cook a traditional Christmas dinner....Salad, Roast Prime Rib, Mushroom Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Popovers, and Christmas cookies. Your home was so comfortable that we will definitely share our "find" with friends and family planning a trip to Orlando! I have to confess that I was a bit worried that our son-in-law, who is fond of the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton brands, would not be happy with my choice for our family vacation. I am happy to report that he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable and perfect your home was for our family. As we left, he said, "We will have to come back and stay here again." “Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“It was perfectly perfect...” Our stay was wonderful and the condo suited our needs perfectly, it was just as pictured. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was a great convenience. The view and the sound of the surf was breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orange Beach.

“Could NOT have been Better” F102 is a great unit. The layout is total perfection. Close to the pool and beach but not too close that it's distracting. Very quiet and peaceful. My family, (husband, 4yr old and 6yr old) swam in the pool every morning then returned to the condo for lunch and siesta. We visited the beach every late afternoon and early evening. Blind Pass Condos is more family oriented, not so much party atmosphere. Condo has great cable tv, great beach stuff (we brought our own life jackets for kids which we needed because the waves were strong).

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Perfect place to stay for my family!” This was a great place for a great price. We have 4 little kids and we really wanted an easy place for us to vacation, this was it! It was clean, beautiful view, and so close walking distance to playground, pool, clubhouse and lake. Convenient to everything including Disney and Seaworld. It was peaceful and not busy even during spring break! We loved it. The heated pool was perfect temp and we paid to heat the splash pool- I'm glad we did our 6 & 7 year old love it! They swam while baby napped- perfect! Bring condiments and handsoap and trash bags as it wasn't supplied. Fyi. We will be back- I'm so thankful it was affordable for a family!

“Nice home for family” Ver nice home . Should spray outside around home for bugs. Had some spiders in the lower floor and some ants in kitchen area . Screen door in back patio up and down stairs needs to be replaced. Other than that it was an awesome house to stay at. We stayed for a week end for a wedding .Should maybe have a time motion sensor spot light at night for drive way. Solar lights do not work as the sun can not het to them through the trees. “Wonderful” The house is fantastic! Our family was able to relax and have fun! The kids loved the lake - swimming, kayaking & canoeing. The hot tub was wonderful. There are so many places to relax outside - on the dock, in a hammock, on the decks (both on the ground & upper levels) and in front of the outdoor fireplace. A great vacation house!

“Homey, Cozy, and CLEAN!” This house was one of my all time favorite houses! We were so comfortable and cozy in this house. We made ourselves right at home (which isn't easy for me to do!). Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather (rain!), but were able to go sledding one day and utilized the stables twice (Shannon was wonderful there! This was a fantastic added bonus for my 7 year old who rides!) I'd love to visit this home in the fall. The fire pit in the yard looked fantastic (it was snow and ice covered for us), and we would love to take advantage of the trail rides at the stables. The owner was extremely attentive...I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel like it was a problem...and was very quick to respond! We will definitely be back! “Perfect For a Family. Best Owner Hospitality! Great for Cooking” Newly renovated. We have 3 teenagers who need their own space. Everyone had their own beds and we had the entire penthouse suite to ourselves! Kitchen was beautiful and functional. Everything you need. Since it's a penthouse there is a large balcony facing out (with trees). Every day we ate all our meals, read books and at night played games out there. Weather is nice even in the evening or in the rain. Never used the inside table for eating. Since the bathrooms' sink separate; it's multi-user without waiting. This property was quiet and safe. We travel a lot and felt a lot more safe here than Mexico; travelling with teens... Cindy was the best owner I have ever encountered and we rent often. With Wi-Fi at the center of the complex, free messaging worked great. She provided so much information and help. Since she speaks 2 languages, she would call the front desk and arrange anything. I have a bad medical condition and since our King bed was hurting bad, she had a bed topper shipped immediately at her expense! So now vacationers have 2 choices. Since 1/2 her family is local, she arranged many trustworthy excursions from her U.S. home. She arranged a great driver at reasonable cost in a superbly clean Honda van (we are too big for a car). Believe me, after a few other taxi rides, he's a safer driver and spoke decent English for local info. The beach was pristine and not too busy. We walked a long way on both sides and this is the most protected from winds, less busy and with an open restaurant/ bar right there. Also since many locals own in this resort, not too many venders bother this area! Are the pictures accurate? No. It's actually nicer than it shows. Really! Proximity to everything is nice. Short taxi rides to a Walmart type supermarket and a lot of attractions. Taxis at the gate hose you. Use Cindy or recommendations from other owners in the resort for transport. Cindy also gave us a valuable restaurant list. She is very organized. Great 14 day vacation!

“Paradise” Immaculately clean properties, on the North shore of one of the greatest islands on Earth. And a f^&#ing spa tub on the lanai where you can see the river as you sip on your favorite cocktail after a long day of surfing!!! Man, I'm so sad that I can't go like once a month, but if you have the will and the means, Mark will take care of you and share his little slice of heaven with you. (Mark's the owner.) My wife spent 10 days here a couple of weeks ago, and we wish we could have spent ten months instead...sigh...

“Amazing House!” The Doll house was such an exquisite stay! We had a couples retreat for Valentines day and the stay at this lake house was awesome from the moment we got here. The tub amazing, the kitchen amazing, and stay extraordinary! The lake was frozen but it was all worth it. I am already booking it for Spring 2013!! Thank you Mary (homeowner)!!
