“It was perfectly perfect...” Our stay was wonderful and the condo suited our needs perfectly, it was just as pictured. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was a great convenience. The view and the sound of the surf was breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orange Beach.

“Once Again... A Great Time Had For It's A Great Place to Stay!” This is the THIRD time that I have visited Adagio Villa and stayed for a period of time. The first time I stayed for a month. Now I have followed it up with (2) additional stays - one last year for 10 days and again I just returned from a post Thanksgiving Trip this year. The Adagio Villa has EVERYTHING you need. The grounds are beautiful and safe. You can grill, swim or just "hang out" and relax at this pleasure home. The best part about this rental is that everything is thought of.... the highest quality cooking equipment, entertainment equipment, linens and bedding - it's covered. Just pack your bags and get to this destination - you won't regret it - I'll be back again next year!!

“Beautiful home with lots of room and right on the river! Good indoor and outdoor space.” Easy walk to the beach and lobster shack. Close to the forts/park. Great area to walk. Close to everything; outlets, restaurants, etc. Short ride to Portsmouth, NH; Nubble Lighthouse. In other words, a great hub for activity, to go in different directions or just sit and enjoy the river. Owners were very nice to work with. Will visit again!

“Paradise” Immaculately clean properties, on the North shore of one of the greatest islands on Earth. And a f^&#ing spa tub on the lanai where you can see the river as you sip on your favorite cocktail after a long day of surfing!!! Man, I'm so sad that I can't go like once a month, but if you have the will and the means, Mark will take care of you and share his little slice of heaven with you. (Mark's the owner.) My wife spent 10 days here a couple of weeks ago, and we wish we could have spent ten months instead...sigh...

“wow,what a Villa” This Villa is absolutly fabulous. it is a real credit to the owners and the management company. The decor is very modern, clean and everything you would need is provided, even down to a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The pool is really nice and spacious. I loved the cycles as the surrounding estate is quiet and flat. Some really nice restaurants are nearby although a car ride away. Our favourite was rum runners which was great. “Review of our stay at 1804 Savona Pkwy Cape Coral vacation rental home for the month of March 2018” We enjoyed a lovely stay at a very nice home. It was clean, neat, and well equipped with lanai and kitchen furniture and supplies along with a nice heated and well maintained pool, all of which we used as we stayed for a month. The back yard canal view was excellent and my wife and I spent a good deal of time enjoying this view in both the Lanai and the living room. The manager Mr. Mayr was a pleasure to do business with. The property manager Diane kept up good communications with us and Comcast the one day their service was down. We felt like we had people working to insure we had a good time. There are many nice aspects of the house but there are a couple of items that do need repair or replacement: the Top deck boards on the dock, the BBQ, and the kitchen oven - which did function although you couldn’t see temperature settings nor were you able to adjust the temp. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and our intentions are to continue to vacation in Cape Coral vacation homes in the spring for the next few years.

“Home from Home and more” Having just completed a 7day Caribbean cruise, we ended the perfect holiday by renting this beautiful villa for a further week. I have stayed in other villas before, this is by far the best. Sue and Paul took customer service to another level. They have a beautiful home and the moment we entered the house, it was a"wow" moment. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and they/their agent are at hand if you need anything. Excellent for a family with children or like my group a children free holiday!! Shops and places to eat was a very short drive from the villa. Would we come back? Most definitely with my family.

“Stop Looking! An Amazing Experience!” I am writing a review regarding our stay last week at Kingston Plantation. In the past we have stayed at his previous 2 bedroom facility at Kingston Plantation and loved everything about the property and the condition it is in. Every attention to detail has been attended to from the condition of the carpet to the comfortable beds. It is always clean and bug free. This has always been a concern of my wife’s and she can rest at ease at either of these Kingston properties. That being said about the previous property….we LOVED thi jaw dropping new site . The three bedroom facility allowed us to entertain friends and family in a luxurious and comfortable environment due to the expanded square footage. Our visitor’s children loved the on site water park and we enjoyed the easy beach access (right around the corner). The deck is enormous and overlooks a beautiful lake. My wife and I enjoy eating out, golf and good shopping. All these opportunities were just a stone’s throw away. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that would like to enjoy the beach, relaxation and a peaceful retreat. It fit that bill to a Tee!

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Fabulous hosts and a wonderful home...” Happy New Year, Ken and Sarah! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Your home is fabulous and was the perfect setting for our Christmas vacation! The children were beside themselves when they walked in to find a lit Christmas tree...with gifts! Thank you for your thoughtfulness! Having lived in Europe and visited London, the children were delighted to open their gifts and find their favorite Cadbury candies and we adults are partial to shortbread. We returned from grocery shopping on Christmas Eve to find you had sent us the cutest floral Christmas Snowman! Thank you! You truly made us feel like family. Your Harry Potter bedroom was a big hit with our grandchildren. They were so excited that they stayed up until we arrived at midnight (only 9:00PM in our time zone) to show us everything in "their" room and to give us a tour of your home. None of us expected such a spacious and inviting home. We didn't find the Harry Potter DVDs until Christmas Eve (we had gone shopping for them without success), but that turned out to be perfect timing since we had planned to stay home on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Your living room was such a comfortable place for our Harry Potter marathon! With the smell of baking Christmas cookies...who ask for anything more? We were amazed and very happy with your large and well equipped kitchen. (Your granite counter tops are gorgeous!) Again, perfect since we wanted to cook a traditional Christmas dinner....Salad, Roast Prime Rib, Mushroom Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Popovers, and Christmas cookies. Your home was so comfortable that we will definitely share our "find" with friends and family planning a trip to Orlando! I have to confess that I was a bit worried that our son-in-law, who is fond of the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton brands, would not be happy with my choice for our family vacation. I am happy to report that he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable and perfect your home was for our family. As we left, he said, "We will have to come back and stay here again." “Absolutely loved it.” We drove from Maine and had to plow our driveway to get out, so we were really ready for a nice vacation. The moment we walked into the house, we fell in love with it. It had everything you could ever want or need while on vacation. Spent a great deal of time in and around the pool area - beautiful. On our daily walk throughout the neighborhood, we found several "burrowing owl" nests and watched the little baby owls change every day. Great experience. Hope to return to this house in 2014. Lots of nice restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“A Perfect Dream” We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Ibis. This home offers everything you need, lovingly furnished guest to detail and very clean. The care on site is excellent, very helpful and very nice. Furthermore the Villa IBIS is located very centrally , close to shopping as well many restaurants. We would not hesitate to rent the Villa Ibis again.
