“Perfect little staycation” Just got home from a great weekend staying at the Pilgrims Cottage in Stanhoe. Perfect location to explore the Norfolk coast. Only 15 minutes from Wells Next The Sea. Cottage itself is very cute and cosy. Lacking in a few amenities - no tea towels, bath mat, salt & pepper etc could have been provided. So bring supplies! We organised to have the z bed in our room but this wasn’t put out so had to sort linen for it, bit confusing which sheets we were allowed to use. But other than that the cottage was very clean and pretty spacious. Great little outside area with table and chairs for a bbq too!

“Home from home” Nine of us stayed here for a week's holiday. The property was warm and comfortable with plenty of space to relax in. The kitchen was really well equipped and the owner responded really quickly to our call for help when we couldn't get the oven to work! There were lots of lovely walks nearby, as was Norwich for the cinema and theatre and Horsey to see the seals which were one of the highlights of our stay. We would all thoroughly recommend staying at Grove Farm.

“Perfect” Myself, my wife, our son and daughter in law, two grandchildren and our dog stayed at Brent Cottage in early August. The cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone in the cottage, bedrooms very spacious, bathrooms/shower rooms very clean and tidy, kitchen fully equipped and a lovely south facing enclosed garden with comfortable garden furniture and a very good barbecue and is very safe for children and dogs. Never any traffic and hardly any pedestrians so always nice and peaceful in the garden. The cottage is in a brilliant location as only a few minutes walk to the harbour and all its amenities and the main shopping area is literally just around the corner. The owner was very helpful and although not needed during our weeks stay we knew she was only a phone call away if we needed her. All in all we had an absolutely brilliant week at the cottage and will definitely be re booking in the future. Highly recommended.
