“Beutiful views of Banderas bay with all the comforts of home.” After years of visiting PV, we finally found a gem - la Cruz de huanacaxtle. The Alamar is a great condo complex. We really enjoyed the layout and privacy that Amura 1 provided. We could open the the huge sliding glass doors, making the covered patio an extended part living room and dining room. The breeze off the ocean was refreshing. We rented a car which afforded us a lot of options, but it is not necessary. They have a shuttle service that will bring you to and from the lower private beach club. The is also a super infinity pool in the center of the two towers. We were lucky enough to have a plunch pool on our patio which we used often. We loved the town, there are some great restaurants and excellent music within walking distance. Our favorite activity was the market at the marina on Sundays. We bought fresh food, clothing and jewlery. Also eveyday the marina sells fresh seafood. The prices are very affordable. While we had a few very minor problems, the property manager was always available and sent someone to fix it within 24 hours. The security is excellent. We felt very safe there. Yes we would love to come back again!

“Best Family Trip Ever” The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were big and well appointed. We loved the pantry stocked with food, bug spray, suncreens, and the cold beer in the refrig. The staff and facilities at La Estancia are 5 Star!

“Great for all ages!” We were traveling with 3 generations including a 10 month old baby and an 80 year old father-in-law, and I can truly say that fun was had by all. Susanna cooked an amazing breakfast and lunch every day and we had all the homemade guacamole we desired. Rosina and Kelsy provided excellent service and were always available to answer our questions or help us with transportation and dinner reservations. After long days of sightseeing, we "kids" relaxed at the pool while the "parents" sat on the lanai with the beach and surfers in view. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurants on the beach as well as one of the 3 beach clubs on the property. The other two beach clubs were an easy golf cart ride away, as were the Four Seasons and St. Regis. The condo itself is immaculate and Susanna keeps it that way even with kids running to and from the beach several times daily. We were never without clean beach towels and felt safe having the baby crawl around on the floor. Each room is spacious and has plenty of closet/drawer space. While the rooms are great, it's the service and attention to detail that sets Hacienda de Mita 206 apart from any other condo we have stayed at. In short, the setting is beautiful, the food at all of the restaurants are high quality, the staff are amazing - I can't think of anything else you need for a great time!! If you can't be happy here, then there's got to be something wrong with you!!

“Amazing views - Amazing place” We stayed at this Penthouse for three nights in June 2008 and enjoyed every second of it. The property is modern, stylish and classy and has views which are absolutely breathtaking. We will never forget drinking cocktails watching the sun set. It was a highly memorable part of our holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for an idylic place to stay in PV.

“Awesome” Can't say enough good things about this condo. It was wonderfully decorated and had all the amenities one could ask for, even the water toys to enjoy in the ocean. The views from the veranda were awesome; overlooking the pool area and the ocean allowed for plenty of relaxation on this Mexican vacation. The outside refrigerator on the veranda was great and the kept the 'adult beverages' cold and within easy reach. The resort facilities have all the amenities one could ask for along with a 5 star service by the staff.
