“Amazing!” Had a wonderful time in San Miguel with my mother and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful apartment. Very creative and comfortable with lots of sun, great views and enjoyed the attached balcony and amazing rooftop terrace. Owners Charlotte and Wolf were very friendly and extremely helpful; the caretakers were great as well. Perfect location, nice neighborhood and convenient to lots of day-to-day needs. Can't wait to go back!

“Better than advertised” This home is how we would like ours to be, in any country or environment. When we weren't on the beach or in town or touring, our favourite spot was the magnificent large deck overlooking what all the world should look like. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Very clean ( and kept that way with a great housekeeper all week). The owners of this paradise treated us like we were long time friends, and I could see it would be easy to become such with them. Easy short walk to the beach. Could even walk to town, but usually took the lazy way out with a $50 peso cabride ( less than five dollars). The wonderful culture of Mexico and it's friendly people are fully exposed in this town. We were welcomed and pampered, and although we usually like to try different restaurants for every meal, we became regulars at Carmelitas. It is truly a quality Mexican restaurant owned by amazing people. Prices very cheap by our standards at home, but even modest by local comparisons. Stay at this palace if you like the best of everything.

“Paradise in Playacar” We stayed in this Playacar beach condo in early May and it was absolutely amazing! Clean, cool, cute and convenient. My daughter and another friend were with me - my daughter and I stayed in the queen bed and our friend took the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. It was great to have a fridge - we didn't use the hotplate but made several salad-type meals and had fruit and yogurt each morning - we were grateful to have dishes and the like available. The beach in front of the condo is the nicest in Playa and the sunbeds and umbrellas were wonderful. Food from the resort was surprisingly reasonable and really delicious. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks (10 or so minutes) each morning and to town each evening. My husband and I have traveled to Playa del Carmen each winter for the past 13 years - this condo is truly a gem and really excellent value. I'd recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Most relaxing and luxurious vacation ever!” We stayed at Casa Las Brisas for Spring Break. There were eight of us - including 4 teenagers. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. Domingo and Josephina were so helpful and friendly and the house and view were to die for! The food was fantastic, the margaritas were refreshing and the entire complex was beautiful. We spent the week lounging by the two pools reading, going to the beach club, playing tennis, and going for walks in the neighborhood. We were totally pampered all week. We didn't have a care in the world! It was the most relaxing and luxurious vacation we've ever had! We recommend it to anyone and we will definitely go back!

“We loved it” Ok we had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Detractors will say it is small. By Mexican standards it is very good sized or better for 2 people. Some say it is a bit old. We would say it was not brand new but once again was perfectly adequate. You cannot beat the view for the price. Small building makes it quite except some evenings from the beach club but you get used to it. The roof top pool, Jacuzzi and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast for 2 with tip is maybe $15 us, Many Mexican places to eat within 3 blocks. All pretty good and very reasonable. The Malecon is 3 blocks and there you can find pretty much anything. A mile walk will get you to the romantic Zone. Renting was easy and all questions and concerns were answered promptly by Susan. The local staff was wonderful. Major grocery store a block away for anything you need to buy. Cabs 15 feet from front door. buses 2 blocks. would absolutely recommend and stay again when we return to PVR.

“location is perfect” The location is perfect for spending time on the beach or in Old Town. We went to La Palapa on the beach and rented chairs for 200 pesos each. I could work in the condo and watch my two kids (19,17) on the beach. The internet worked great. The only negative I would say is that there was not any shampoo/ conditioner or dish soap to do the dishes (we left ours for the next person). Oxxo is very close and convenient to get anything we needed. I would stay in this condo again.

“An oasis in downtown Cozumel!” We stayed in the House of mirrors for a week over the Holidays... We were a group of 7 and had ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The house was wonderful! It is very well designed with lots of light comming in. The garden is marvelous! We spent a lot of time there swimming, relaxing, reading, laughing.... We also did different activities in Cozumel.. Marco was very helpful in organzing everything for us... He is a jewl! We also enjoyed living amongst the local people... We even got to participate in their New Year's celebrations! We will keep wonderfull memories from our stay in the house of mirrors!! Thanks Marco!

“Spectacular Setting, Gorgeous Condo” The views from the two balconies are out of this world--you can actually see the curvature of the earth. We saw whales breaching! The condo is pure luxury, every amenity, yet feels like home. We stayed in the master bedroom suite over Christmas. There is daily housekeeping and an excellent concierge service, including a van on demand to take you to their other 4 properties. What was especially nice about this location was that it was high enough on the hill for exquisite views, but also close enough to two other properties to walk over. They are all beautifully landscaped, have wonderful pools. We had our own car and went to the two properties on Medano beach and they were lovely in every way as well. Plus we had full privileges and charged everything to the room so we didn't need to take money. The condo has a full kitchen and outdoor furniture on the upstairs deck, a grill etc. There's a jacuzzi on that level and below, there is a beautiful infinity pool. You feel like you are swimming at the edge of a ciff overlooking the ocean. Gorgeous sunsets. The living room has a fireplace. This would be great for a family but it was perfect for a couple like us, very romantic. Every bedroom has terrace access with an ocean view. There is so much room. It could easily fit 3 couples or more. Beautiful decor, marble floors, very comfortable beds. We've stayed in 5 star resorts in Paris and Hawaii, but this was definitely our favorite--serene, romantic, pure luxury. Our favorite things? The setting and spectacular views and sunsets, the privacy, the infinity pool, the easy access to their other beautiful properties with their great restaurants and landscaped pools. We give this condo an a+ 5 star rating, and highly recommend it!
