“Fun and a great value!” We stayed two nights recently at Gartner House and found it to be warm, charming, convenient, and a great value. The bedrooms are cozy, and each is furnished in its own style. The downstairs common areas are perfect for a family gathering with shared meals. Also we loved the pretty outdoor areas in the front and back for sitting and reading, or even putting down a mat to do some yoga in the fresh air. The location, a very short walk from restaurants, cafes, shops and the Peter Pan bus stop, was absolutely ideal. The owner was always very prompt in responding to questions. The only downside might be that there is only one bathroom, but it didn't present any big problems for us, even though all four bedrooms were being occupied. In this part of the Berkshires, the great value more than makes up for any slight inconvenience. All my previous visits to Jacob's Pillow, I'd stayed in motels, but this was a fun and relaxing alternative with lots more character.

“Dreamy Nantucket Hideaway” This is the quintessential Nantucket experience: breathtaking views, ocean breezes through every room, great entertaining space and a luxurious master bedroom suite. “A Real Gem!!!” This cottage is the perfect place for two people. It is truly as beautiful as the pictures! The pool and grounds are exceptional and the view is breathtaking. The place is extremely well maintained and the owner is very kind and helpful. We had a fabulous weekend here and would gladly return!

“The scent of love and care” There's no better word to express thanks for our stay at your wonderful house than 'delightful' -- from top to bottom, beginning to end. There is a cheerfulness in the air, and the scent of love and care. Every room is a different experience, every door opens on a new feast for the eyes. There is something, some favorite space, for everyone who spends time there. We loved cooking in your charming and spacious country kitchen (generously stocked with spices and condiments, thank you!), relaxed and read endlessly on the very private back lawn (with little buddha looking over us), enjoyed the short walk into your wonderful town. A highlight for us was tubing down the river one hot, lazy afternoon. Delicious and memorable. Can't wait to return.
