“Excellent” Very nice villa within a great resort which has everything you need for a holiday in the sun. There is a private pool as well as a larger communal pool. As we don't play golf can't comment on that but the facilities look great.

“A great villa with a beautiful pool!” The service we received from the owners when booking the property was fantastic. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole booking process very easy. On arrival at the villa we were met by the keyholder who showed us around and explained the facilities to us. The villa was just what we wanted, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and with the added bonus of the new pool there was really nothing to fault. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course where we enjoyed early evening drinks and sunshine! The villa was within easy walking distance to all the hotel facilities, shop and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa for a very comfortable holiday!

“A wonderful stay” We took the villa on a long let over the winter for some much needed sunshine. It was like a home from home and we absolutely loved our stay. The villa is in a good location on the resort (just a few minutes walk to the Hotel / Golf Bar and on-site shop) and has a fabulous sunny aspect. The resort has 24 hour on-site security and we felt very secure during our stay. The villa is well equipped and provides ample living space both indoors and outdoors. A flatscreen TV with satellite decoder provides all the terrestrial british channels plus Sky Sports, a must for football and or WWE fans! The only thing missing for us was wi-fi, however you can can pick it up over at the Golf Bar. A car is a must for exploring outside the resort, and there are many places worth visiting within a 30 minute radius of the complex. There is a very good choice of supermarkets not too far from the resort in both easterly and westerly directions with fantastic selection of fresh produce (much fresher than in Britain!). Dos Mares shopping mall is 15 minutes drive (junction 777 on the AP-7 towards Alicante). The Mar Menor coastal towns are just a 10 minute drive away and offer picturesque walks along the beaches. Cartagena is a lovely place with absolutely stunning architecture (be sure to head for the port and then walk back towards the town). Murcia City is only 25 mins drive away and it too has plenty to offer. We have fantastic memories from our stay in this region of Spain and are really looking forward to our next visit!....

“Fabulous apartment” We stayed at your apartment end of September last year with a couple of friends. It was a relaxing and enjoyable week. The resort is situated within easy distance from the airport (max. 15 minutes to get there). The apartment is very spacious and well decorated with design furniture. From the living room we had an amazing view on the pool of the golf court. The apartment has all luxury one can wish for. A/C's in all rooms, very lovely bedrooms with confortable beds. The two bathrooms are clean with high standard utilities. The kitchen is well equiped and the living room with dining area is marvelous. The entire apartment is spotless, new and clean. The terrace is well equiped with a dining table and a sitting room. The BBQ is very handy. Within 50 steps you get to the two big pools near the apartment. The resort itself is well maintained and secure with beautiful gardens. The beaches of the Mar Menor are within 10 minutes drive and there are a lot of places of interest, Cartagena, Los Alcazares, ... I really recommand this apartment and I surely be back end of this year.

“Great location, fantastic weather, what more could you want” We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday staying at this villa. We have stayed at Mar Menor Resort several times previously so knew the area well. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchen crockery, utensils etc. The TV and WiFi were especially useful if you have teenagers with you. The air con in the villa is excellent. I have stayed at other villas where the air con is only in the lounge and fans in bedrooms but this has full air con in both bedrooms which is a god send in summer temperatures. Supermarket on site is in a new location so although still within walking distance not so easy in the heat of the day with heavy bags so take the car if you have one. It is well stocked although more expensive than the ones in Los Alcázares. Would definitely recommend this villa to families or golfers as good location and only 10 minutes from the airport. The Irish restaurant at el Boulevard serves good food and the curries were fantastic so well worth a visit. Lots of goggles, buckets and spades at the villa so no need to bring all that with you if you have smaller children. Thank you Mark for the use of your villa. We had a fantastic chilled holiday.
