“Excellent Stay” Really very happy with our family break post lockdown. Great property, great location. One or two small niggles but we were the first guests staying after lockdown and certainly nothing at all that detracted from our stay. Johnathan was friendly and accommodating throughout also. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

“Great location” For our short weekend break the summer house met are needs perfectly, the down stairs bedroom with ensuite was great for my mum who hate stairs, being able to walk to the shops and pubs was more relaxing then having to drive,we walked to Hurst castle with stunning views of the needles, the next day we explored the forest which we know well ,would definitely recommend

“Super house with loads of room and fantastic garden” We stayed here to celebrate two birthdays and visit relatives in Lymington. We were 6 adults and three kids from 7 to 21 months. The house was perfect for all of us being big enough for a bit of privacy when required!! The kids loved the garden and the large number of toys. Our 7 year old went straight to the trampoline when she arrived and absolutely adored the swing on the tree. The boys found the toys irresistible and the big kids had fun with the football net! The house is well equipped with a lovely big kitchen and conservatory. Water was a bit eccentric but we got used to its vagaries and it caused no problems. The weather was glorious and the New Forest as lovely as ever. I only have one suggestion, with very small children it would have been good to have a gate and fence between the back and front. Our toddler is exceedingly fast on his feet and inquisitive and we had to keep a close eye on him in the garden in case he found his way to the road!

“Lovely!” Upon arrival at 3pm we found the caravan hadn’t been cleaned but after a quick call to Kathy the owner, the problem was quickly sorted and the cleaners arrived. The caravan itself is lovely, clean and is like home from home. There’s plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils with tea towels provided. There were loo rolls, kitchen rolls and soap already in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The shower is powerful, the beds comfy and there’s 2 toilets which is always a bonus! The park itself is well maintained and clean. We visited at the very end of the summer holidays and it was lovely and quiet. We paid £26 for a weekend family pass to use the facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is a bit tired but the indoor pool is good. There’s so much to do in the surrounding areas, so much so that we could have done with a few more days. We had a very enjoyable break and are hoping to return next year. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings but we made use of the fan heater to take the edge off. Kathy & Del have thought of everything to make you feel at home. The only thing we could have done with was a clothes horse/airer to hang the towels on after swimming/showering but apart from that it was brilliant!
