“Beautiful location, fabulous cottage and lovely owners.” Loved the location so peaceful in a picturesque village. The cottage was very well equipped with quality fittings and furniture. Excellent bed, we had a great nights sleep and enjoyed the fabulous shower. Owners Mike and Jacquie were very welcoming and helpfu,l nothing was too much trouble. The welcome hamper was amazing which we throughly enjoyed, thank you.

“St Andrews lodge Skegness” We stayed at St Andrews lodge Skegness for 3 nights and it was brilliant,the house was lovely and had plenty of room and everything you could need during the stay. My boys loved the games room with full size snooker table it was hard to get them out of there! The garden looked absolutely beautiful and the sea views out of the window were amazing, This house is brilliant for large families. We will definitely be going back in summer.

“Mrs” We stayed in Duck lagoon at Tattershall lakes which is owned by Lady called Kim and the log cabin was lovely and cosy Kim had thought of everything for her quest no matter the weather. My husband love fishing and for November he caught bream and tench numerous skimmer and roach and we are going again

“What a gem of a place” WOW! Fantastic place to stay. From the moment we arrived Charles was there to help us to unload and show us to the secure parking just round the corner. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was so welcoming in every aspect and it seemed that every attention to detail was taken care of. We had such a wonderful stay and the cottage was so convenient to the Cathedral quarter and bailgate where you can shop, dine or just wander and take in the ambience of the place. The cottage is so well equipped to all needs apart from one little thing! If you're short it could do with a step stool to reach the top shelves in the kitchen but we were fortunate to have my very tall nephew to to the honours! We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Charles for letting us stay in your wonderful cottage.

“Delightful chalet with everything you could want” Chris M has done a wonderful job of modernising and equipping this delightful chalet. We loved the position overlooking the lake with giant carp and very greedy ducks. Convenient for the wide and clean beaches which were dog friendly - especially Huttoft car terrace where we could park right on he beach. even the weather was kind to us!!

“Lingering Memories of Lincoln” This mid-terrace property is ideally located for exploring Lincoln City Centre. A 10 minute stroll sees you at the top of Steep Hill (voted Britain's Best Street 2012) with all its delightful individual shops/eating/drinking establishments. The property itself is extremely welcoming and a real "home from home"! It's very well equipped (particularly the kitchen) and, if you're lucky enough to enjoy decent weather (as we did), the courtyard garden is quite charming and ideal for relaxing with a pot of tea and a slice of lemon-drizzle cake in the sunshine! Bedroom 2 is a bit cramped with limited facilities to accommodate your stuff but, having said that, has a very comfortable bed and is very quiet indeed!! There are two very comfortable sitting-rooms with some nice touches and free wi-fi. Tessa Smith (the owner) was very helpful and professional in catering for all our needs, as well as responding promptly to all our communications. Many thanks from Graham and Jules Wright in Suffolk.

““Peaceful Sand Dunes and Salty Air!”” Just spent a week here at totally enjoyed it. The Dunes is a most wonderful property very tastefully decorated and perfect for the relaxing and comfortable week that we had. The location and certainly outlook from the lounge is as good as it gets on the Fitties. It was everything and more than we expected! A credit to Pauline and Tony (the owners). Yes, it is for sure a property I would love to return to in the future. A wonderful place to chill with the bonus of literally being in the dunes.

“Amazing and beautiful” The apartment was amazing and the view was absolutley beautiful. There were lots of places to explore and things to do, including seeing a lancaster bomber and spitfire from the RAF base near by. We had a lovely walked down the river and visited the castle and church near by and then had a relaxing soak in the hottub afterwards. The apartment itself was mordern, spacious and very clean. The hottub was so warm and again very clean. The view was very beautiful and we had lots of ducks greeting us when we got there and also some chickens. For our first weekend away together it was amazing and Nicola and Gregg could not have been more helpful. From before we came with making sure we knew where to go, to during with getting us comfortable, letting us know where to get food and even giving us ideas on where to visted and then as we left making it as easy as possible for us. This spot and host were amazing and I would recommend it to anyone again and again.

“Taylor's lodge tattershall” Stayed here with my family for a week in August didn't want to go home we thought the lodge was absolutely beautiful. And with it overlooking the lake too it was just perfect. My children loved feeding the ducks from the lodge. The hot tub was enjoyed too by us all.

“Family long weekend break” We had a fantastic break at the manor. The property itself was perfect for us - refurbished to a great standard, was very spacious, great facilities for all ages, lots of bathrooms with high quality showers/baths and beautiful grounds and views. Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful. Great pub with yummy food to walk to and beaches were lovely. We had 4 separate families (my sisters and children etc) and we all loved it. Would highly recommend.

“Memorable weekend with family and friends.” Booked this lodge for a birthday weekend away with friends and it's safe to say everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautifully decorated, and plenty of facilities meaning you don't need to really leave the lodge! Table football,garden connect 4, canoe, rowing boat, swing ball and bbq were amongst those we used.Not forgetting that watching England play the world cup from the jacuzzi was definitely a treat! Good location with lovely views over the lake, castle and church. Hope to visit again some time. Jan and husband very friendly.
