“Fantastic” We had 4 fantastic nights at Seagull Cottage with our two children and little puppy. The cottage was very clean and extremely well presented. When we arrived we had a nice note from the cleaner and everything we needed to make a cup of tea and there was even biscuits! The garden was just perfect for a lively puppy and kids to run round in. We had lovely weather so were able to make use of the garden furniture. The sun room is an added bonus, nice to have breakfast in there as the sun is on it from early morning. The area the bungalow is set in is very quiet and about a ten minute slow walk to the shops and beach. There are plenty of places to eat and some lovely shops to browse round. Would definitely book again.

“Amazing stay!!” Stayed here 6 adults 4 children, everyone of us loved it perfect for all ages! Nice little touch with the children’s games keeping them entertained at night, amazing views and I think everyone loved the hot tub , Leslee had equipped the cabin with everything you need and is on hand at any point to help with any questions you have.

“Tranquility at its best !!” This Holiday Home is Absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we got there everything was spotlessly clean and the little finishing touches were lovely. The Sofa is the most comfortable thing ever and the beds were very comfortable too.Fantastic WiFi ,Powerful showers (Big bonus).Large Smart Tv with surround sound and even a small wine cooler built into the kitchen. Basically the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mick and Kirstie popped in to say hello and what a lovely couple they are. The hot tub is amazing and the view over Duck lagoon topped it off. We will be back soon.

“Lovely cottage in a lovely location” This is a lovely cottage with everything you need. It is in a really nice location close to lots of little towns and villages to explore. Lincoln is really pretty and definitely worth visiting. We took our dog with us and it was the perfect place for him to run around. Definitely recommend staying here!

“Well equipped comfortable caravan” I stayed here for half term with my three grandchildren and puppy. The caravan is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. All you need to bring is your food. The beds have luxurious duvets and the seats in the caravan are very comfortable. The balcony with patio furniture is a lovely facility and the front of the van makes the most of the sun in the afternoon. It is very useful to be able to let your dog out to a safe area. It cost £45 to get passes for the club house. You need a pass to buy anything but we didn’t need them to use the playground so I would probably not bother for a short break unless we wanted to use the swimming pool. We will definitely be returning again.

“Mrs” We stayed in Duck lagoon at Tattershall lakes which is owned by Lady called Kim and the log cabin was lovely and cosy Kim had thought of everything for her quest no matter the weather. My husband love fishing and for November he caught bream and tench numerous skimmer and roach and we are going again

“Great place” Great place and service. The host is very friendly and makes you feel welcome without invading your space. Though it is close to the owner's house there is still a sense of privacy. The owner's dog is very friendly and does not come to the cottage either. There is everything you need in terms of equipment and the cottage is in top notch condition. 5* The chickens are an added bonus.

“Sunshine at Sunshine Cottage” We booked a 2 night short break at Sunshine Cottage in Chapel St Leonards for us and our 2 dogs. We arrived at 3.30, the bungalow was very easy to find and only 5 minutes walk on the flat from the centre of Chapel. The bungalow was clean and there were flowers on the table to greet us and a pint of milk in the fridge, very thoughtful. The gardens are immaculate and I didn't like to let the dogs on them, but they loved it. We ate out and didn't use any of the kitchen facilities though everything was there including a washing machine. A great place to stay if you have furry friends.
