“A luxury villa in a peaceful village by the coast - wonderful!” An excellently maintained villa (and spotlessly clean) with visits from both the gardener and the pool maintenance team during our week. Ms Khoulla was always at the end of her telephone to answer any of our questions. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach but we actually rarely left the luxury of our own poolside! Pissouri Bay has many small restaurants, all of which are within easy walking distance of the villa. There are 3 small grocery shops - in case you wish to do your own cooking (something we didn't do very often!). However, all the basics were already in the villa as Ms Khoulla provided us with a well-stocked fridge for our arrival. Everything about the villa and the village are super - my only complaint would be that of the low temperature of the swimming pool first thing in the morning - to get round that problem we swam later in the day once the sun had heated up the water! “A superb villa in a superb resort.” This was our third holiday visit to 20, Katikies and yet again it fulfilled all our expectations and requirements. The villa is clean, well appointed and only a few minutes walk to an excellent choice of restaurants, small shops, amenities and beach of Pissouri Bay, yet screened to provide as much, or as little privacy as you might want. Pissouri Bay is only about 5 minutes drive from the main road networks providing easy access to Paphos airport and the wider tourist attractions of Cyprus. Add to that, the fact that Julie, who efficiently coordinates all the villa booking arrangements, is on hand with friendly and helpful advise on all things villa and Cyprus related and an excellent holiday is assured.

“A lovely hillside property, with beautiful views over the countryside to the sea.” Windy Ridge was spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly want, including DVD's, videos, CD's, and plenty of board games. The villa is situated on a hillside with great views over the countryside towards the sea, it is possible to walk to Pissouri, village, but a car is a must if you want to go to Pissouri Bay, and to see the rest of the island. We ate out every night, and would recommend "The Hideaway" in the village or for lunch we found a lovely beach restaurant called "Kyrenia Beach" which was wonderful, about 10 minutes away by car. We travelled with our two teenagers aged 16 & 17, and whilst we had a wonderful stay, they did find Pissouri a little quiet, although the wi-fi in the villa was welcomed. If we were to return to Cyprus we would definitely recommend staying at Windy Ridge.
