“Amazing View !” The villa is just perfect. Sfinari is a very peaceful place The owner was very kind, left delicious "moussaka" in the frige for our first dinner !! Fantastic Sunset every evening, most beautiful beaches of Creta are on this side (Balos, Elafonisi) It is very pleasant to have dinner in tavernas on Sfinari beachfront

“Cretan authentic atmosphere” The Villa Klio is one of three similar houses (Villa Klio is in the middle), situated above each other on a hillside overlooking the small village of Sfinari and with a great sea view to the west. The house appears with a high standard and finish related to Greek standards. The terraces on all three levels are each equipped with chairs and tables. The sea view is to the west, and one can see the sun dive into the Mediterranean. The service from the owner was impeccable. The house was kept very clean during our stay, with new linens and towels every 3 or 4 days. The village of Sfinari has around 20-25 houses, and 6-7 tavernas, including 3 at the beach a few hundred meters from the house. The Tavernas are run by local families, and mostly serve self-produced food from their own farm or the sea. We found Sfinari to be a quiet village where you also can get a close-up on the authentic Cretan culture and atmosphere. It is quite the opposite of an "All-Inclusive tourist machine". Shopping is best done in the town of Kissamos, a 20 minute drive away. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation time at Villa Klio, and we will not hesitate to recommend this to others.

“A dream vacation!” We came back from our fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Corallium, but left our hearts there.. The villa was everything we have dreamt of and better. The infinity pool, so clean and refreshing and tranquil. The fantastic sunsets, the very well equipped kitchen, the spacious upper floor bedroom with the stunning huge jacuzzi, the beauty of the nature and the so kind hospitality of Vasilis. The villa is remote, quiet and very private, truly a 5 star experience in every way. The west coast of Crete is amazingly beautiful and still not touristic, and we loved Sfinari. The sunset restaurant, just a few mins walk from the villa on the beach, was fantastic! We'll be back, for sure.
