“Everything you need, steps from the beach” The apartment is very clean, nice and extremely well equipped - we found everything we needed from beach towels to sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella. It is located in a typical Maui condo near many restaurants, shops and beaches. Very good value for money, we highly recommend.

“all it could be and more” We are not experienced either in Hawaii vacations or condo rentals, but can not imagine an easier, more satisfying trip. We'll be talking about the beach access and the sunsets until we go again, and we know where we'll stay.

“Location, location, location” This was our second trip to Kamaole Nalu staying in #605. It has been 3 years since our last visit. We stay here primarily because of its location. The building is situated on the ocean side of the road and overlooks the entire Kam 2 beach which is awesome. The building itself is old and simple. Nothing fancy. We are a bit disappointed in our unit though. We found a glass jar under the kitchen sink that eventually began to smell and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. At first we thought it was the garbarator. We when looked at the back of the shelf underneath the sink we found it and it was awful, just foul smelling. The other issue was that the sliding screen patio doors don't have the screens adhered to the frame so at night when the lights are on inside the unit, all the little bugs come in and this is usually when you are cooking.

“Tracy thought of everything!” My husband and I stayed at 'Tracy's Tropical Treasure #1' over Christmas of 2013. We were thrilled with the accommodations; we couldn't have asked for anything more! The room is absolutely beautiful...newly remodeled with modern appliances, beautiful decorations, immaculate attention to detail, and all the comforts you could want. (Just a few of the nice touches: rain shower head, granite counters, two flat screen tvs, led candles, a playfully lit bar, luxurious bed) Tracy really did think of everything! I over packed, considerably. All the amenities of home were there! The kitchen is stocked full of appliances and utensils (microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, teapot, knives, bowls, plates, silverware, drink ware, bottle openers, cork screws, cutting boards, everything you could need). She has beach chairs, and beach towels, beach bags, toys for the beach, tennis rackets, movies galore (though you can see the ocean from the bed and you'll want to be outside!) games, books, etc. I was truly amazed at how comfortable it was and how everything we needed seemed to be readily available. We would definitely recommend this gem!! A great find and you're sure to enjoy your stay. Thank you so much, Tracy, for making our trip so memorable!!

“Great Spot” We love this place. This was our second time at the Nalu. Perfect spot for the family. You can sit on the lanai relaxing while keeping and eye on the kids at play. Everyone at the resort office was really friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay.

“Hidden gem in Kihei!” I can highly recommend 'Honu Place' as a tranquil, comfortable, beautiful place to stay when visiting Maui. It is beautifully remodeled, tastefully decorated and peacefully quiet! I loved sitting out on the lanai with my coffee in the morning gazing at the beautifully groomed lawn, flowering bougainvillea and deep blue ocean. The location is ideal too, set back from the main road yet easy access to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea. With beach walks for miles, swimming, snorkeling and water sports close at hand, I can't wait to go back!

“Perfect location with ocean view. pool and close to beach.” Service received was first class, including the provision of handicapped washroom facilities prior to our arrival. Upon arrival a welcome basket awaited. Home was very clean, well kept and tastefully furnished. Location was ideally located with easy access to ocean, with wonderful ocean views and sunsets from the lanai. Barbecue facilities made meal prep very easy. All in all nothing to complain about. Perfect vacation in perfect location.

“Maui is the best” Kamaole Nalu is in an ideal location with absolutely fantastic views of both the ocean and upcountry to the top of Heleakala volcano. Their is no better view in South Maui. Two of the best family beaches in Maui beach is just steps away. You can even snorkel right off the point between Kamaole Beach I and II. The condos themselves are well furnished (except for dull kitchen knives) and have have been updated with granite counter tops with slate or tile floors and bath rooms. With two bedrooms and two baths they are perfect for a family or two couples. We have been staying here for over 20 years and have looked at many other condos in South Maui (Kihei and Wailea)and Kamaole Nalu cannot be beat for both location and value. The friendly staff at alli Resorts are great for both a quick check in as well as quickly handling any problems.
