“Amazing” We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights, 3 adults and 2 children. The cottage is beautifully decorated, spacious and airy with lovely views. It has everything you could need and more, comfy beds, lovely courtyard and 2 parking spaces which are a must ! The owner was so helpful and accommodating and left a welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The location is spot on, 2 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would recommend Windy stores cafe for breakfast, harbour garden if you like sea food, neptunes pub for great views and birdies for a lovely dinner. I couldn’t fault anything about the cottage, we’ll be back !

“Wonderful family accommodation with exceptional hosts” A well equipped cottage with all we needed to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. When we asked to extend, Maria & Robin, searched for an alternative for the three nights that had been previously booked and offered them to us. Ever tentative and welcoming, Maria, Robin, Isabella, and Oscar made us all welcome and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine near the pool. Highly recommend - the proximity to the A21 is NOT a problem with the sounds buffered by double glazing and the tree line.

“Well equiped cottage in very nice surroundings” All ameniteis were available in the cottage. The necessaties for the arrival like bread, butter fruits, jam, coffee ,tea and a nice bottle of wine were all there! Jenny and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

“Open Golf visit” We visited during the open Golf competition at Sandwich.The cottage was perfect as it is so close to the station and we could get to the course in about 30 minutes. The cottage is very handy for the local shops and restaurants and only a short walk into the main town and the beach.broadstairs is on the high speed line direct from St Pancras and took about 1 hour 20 from London. The cottage had everything we needed with a good kitchen for drinks and snacks.A living room with television settee and easy chairs.The bedrooms and bathroom were fine.You are very close to the railway line but that wasn't a problem. Broadstairs is a nice town and would definitely visit again. The process and arrangements for arrival were all clear and the owner and local housekeeper were very helpful. The cottage is fairly small but it suited our needs fine and couldn't have better served what we needed.It was also very reasonable

“The perfect Holiday home” Seagull Cottage was an absolute delight! A perfect base to explore the Isle of Thanet. The owners had thought of everything, even including an apron and shopping bags! Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and look foward to visiting again.
