“Luxury at an unbeatable price!” I stayed at Kupu Kupu Villa with my wife and WOW! what an amazing experience! The villa is impeccable, the facilities and location will not disappoint. Amazing views from the huge balconies, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants, great diving/fishing/surfing spots close by and the private masseuse how could you go wrong. Oh and the pool, what an amazing setting with Mt Agung as the backdrop, many afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool. Candi Dasa is a picturesque village away from the chaos of Kuta and Denpasa and provides glimpse of authentic Balinese life. We will definitely be going back!

“Sheer Beachfront Luxury” We could hardly wait to return to Villa Pantai again as it had been 12 months since our last wonderful escape to this magical villa and location. Ni Wayan and her lovely gentle team took such good care of us again and to leave was almost heartbreaking. The villa is still as fresh and clean as our very first visit. The beachfront deck is our favourite location for morning yoga and tai chi, relaxing and watching the world go by during the day under the shade of those enormous trees and then enjoying afternoon tea after our poolside massage. Life doesn't get much better than this. We loved strolling through the little boutiques and antique shops in the village. Our favourite restaurants are La Rouge which is right across the road from the front gate and Vincent's who sent a complimentary car to pick us up and drop us back. We always sleep well in the huge comfortable beds with the relaxing sound of the waves lapping on the beach. We are already planning our return to this paradise by the sea.

“Like Coming Home - But With Luxury!” This is our second stay at this villa and it was even better the second time around. The staff are welcoming and always helpful and easy to talk to without being obtrusive. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have the information you need. We feel very much at home in this villa and it's like having a holiday with the comforts of home but with someone to do all the work and our the drinks! The villa is well situated for using restaurants in CandiDesa or trips further afield to Amlapura. It's also easy to eat at home, there's a reasonable menu and the staff cook excellent local food. The hardest part of the holiday is leaving! Thank you!

“Fantastic Villa - Fantastic Staff - Marginal Location” Villa Gita is a beautiful place to stay and very enjoyable place to relax. The staff was exceptional and the cost of food was very reasonable. The town of Candidasa was an easy walk and there were lots of restaurants and shops along its one road but be aware of the vehicle traffic. The only downside I need to mention is that most of the site we wanted to see like the "Mother Temple", the shipwreck of the USS Liberty etc. were 1.5 to 2 hours drive each direction. This meant that we spent a lot of time in the car.

“A beautiful, luxurious and relaxing stay.” This property we found quite outstanding. The rooms were beautiful and provided ample space for our 3 children. The pool was fantastic as was the dining and entertainment area with stunning views over the ocean. The snorkelling right in your own backyard was brilliant, saw many colourful and amazing fish and a large turtle. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this property whether it be to a family or 2 or 3 couples. We would have no hesitation to go back again.

“Holiday of a lifetime” From the moment we arrived at Citakara Sari Estate, the welcoming staff and the magnificently appointed villas combined to give us the holiday of a lifetime. We had amazing feasts - from the Karangasem royal style dinner on the first night for my daughter's birthday, and the superb barbecued fish on the last night. In between feasting we played tennis and snorkelled and swam, had beautiful massages, and were chauffeured to lovely and unique villages by very well informed drivers. The staff were professional and generous and really made our stay feel more like a visit with friends. It was lovely to live like royalty for a while. Thank you.

“Loved it!” The villa was very clean and comfortable, the views were amazing and the staff were unobtrusive and very helpful (and the food they prepared was great). We'd been to Hong Kong and Ubud for the 9 days prior to arriving at Villa Talia Vashti and the serenity and quiet of the villa and village of Mendira in which its located were a very welcome relief. We spent much of our time hanging out by the pool, our 3 boys loved the sandy area (more a big sandbox than a beach as it ends at a sea wall with the ocean 8-15 ft below - steps to one side allow you to reach the water). We also tried out the snorkeling, went out on a fishing trip the staff arranged for us with 2 local fishermen and spent a day at nearby White Sand Beach which is much better for ocean/wave play than the area directly in front of the villa. We walked into Candidasa one night for dinner (don't recommend walking - too far/no sidewalks), but didn't go back. There are quite a few restaurants there, but we found the villa/surrounding village much more appealing. When we wanted to go out for an adult dinner, it was super easy to leave the children with the villa staff, no additional arrangements were needed. We would absolutely return and highly recommend the villa!
