“Beyond expectations” A superb villa with a view to kill and brilliant facilities. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great places to sit and reflect. Kalkan is a great family location with plentiful restaurants and the friendliest people. A day on the boats is recommended with the Yildiz seemingly one of the real favourites. All in all - heartily recommended for families and we'll be back.

“A truly wonderful villa with breathtaking views over Kalkan” We first visited Kalkan and Villa Limon in October 2010. This was our first trip to Turkey and we could not have chosen better. Kalkan is a delightful little town with narrow streets leading down to the harbour. Villa Limon is a beautiful Villa set in an elevated position with breathtaking views over Kalkan. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned again in June of this year and were not disappointed. We feel very privilieged to have been able to stay in Villa Limon and hope to return again.

“Relaxation in the extreme” Chrissy was easy to deal with throughout the booking. The villa has very easy entertaining space and we particularly liked the pool terrace. I also have to mention the beautiful garden and the views. The ottoman seating area on the roof terrace provides privacy and is a nice touch. It is situated further than I thought it would be from the lovely old town of Kalkan so some people would want to take advantage of the excellent taxi option instead of walking back home. This was our third visit to Kalkan and we will definitely visit again.

“Lovely villa in good location” Villa Guzel looks good in the listing and lives up to expectations. The pool and outside areas are of a really good size especially for Kalkan, not overlooked and really quite private. There are a couple of nice shaded areas for eating or reading. The pool is a really good size with wide steps in. The bedrooms are also really large and each has it's own bathroom which is really essential when travelling with teenage daughters as we did. The upstairs master double has a huge balcony with barbecue and table and chairs for six, which we did not use but would be fantastic for a night in. It's a really steep downhill walk into Kalkan, a taxi back is pretty essential and costs about 12 lira or so. There is an excellent little restaurant called Our Home just down the road, it serves really reasonable meals and does a take away service too. Ideal for your first day when you've not yet made it to the shop. Overall we had a lovely week at Villa Guzel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

“A wonderful holiday in Villa Doluca” At first I was just looking for some refreshing air, a pool and nice meals, and then ... This was more than I was looking for. We enjoyed every minute of our trip in the Kalkan and Villa Doluca. We rented a car in Dalaman airport, nice ride to Villa(not so hard to find it in Earth google) Then rewards! Nice people,calm atmosphere, blue sea, in total we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Debbie for managing it.

“Wonderfully relaxing, breathtaking views, beautiful pool area and terraces” This has to be one of our best holidays as a family, ever ! From the moment I booked Villa Palm, Donna (the owner) provided me with informative emails, answering all my questions and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. On arrival, we were not disappointed. The Villa is extremely well presented with 3 terraces providing the most incredible views of the mountains and sea. The welcome pack was a lovely touch especially after a long journey. So many villas are barely furnished but at Villa Palm, it was like home from home with everything we could possibly need to make our holiday so enjoyable. We hired a car which is a must as the road to the villa is very steep (as are a lot of roads in Kalkan). The Villa is very well maintained with the pool and garden being serviced twice a day. Our 2 boys (age 10 & 7) spent hours and hours of fun in the pool and it was so lovely to sit on comfy sun loungers and soak in the view ! Kalkan is a lovely place especially by the harbour with all the little cobbled streets, shops and many many restaurants all serving delicious food. We will definitely be returning ! The Page Family

“Absolutely Fabulous Darlings!!” This must rate as one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in to date. The Villa is just as described and the view every morning from the terrace took my breath away. The whole complex is spotlessly clean and the service thou slow compared to home was warm and friendly. The restaurants in Kalkan were fab and I would highly recommend 'Salt and Pepper', a little more pricey than some but totally worth it. I will definitely go again. Only one tip..do not book a trip via 'Define Tours' as their rep was useless!
