“Family Reunion Fun” My two brothers and our families (7 total with kids) were recently back in Jamaica for a reunion. We decided to stay three nights in Montego Bay after a few in Negril. Bogue Villa hit the spot. It was very, very nice - from the art work to landscaping to the staff - all exceptional. Location is nice, not far from shopping and hip strip. We lucked out an had the allen's staying downstairs while we had the top. They were most gracious hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time - from a welcome dinner to toys for the kids in the pool. Thanks again for some very nice memories.

“Relaxing, quiet retreat” My family of four, just ended a wonderful week at Culloden Cove. The beauty and tranquility was indescribable. The staff was attentive and the cooking was the star of the show. They all made us feel as this was our home. We took a day trip to Beaches Resort in Negril and it only reinforced what a great decision it was to go with a private villa. We also took day trips to Black River, and YS Falls, all was within a short drive from the house. But you don't have to go anywhere at all as the pool and beach here were amazing, you can snorkel right off shore here and see some amazing coral and fish, and I spent countless hours swinging in the hammock overlooking the bay. If you want a longer stretch of sand, there is a large beach within a 2 minute walk. Our first night in town, at andy's advice, we attended a wonderful farm to table dinner in Treasure Beach at the home of a hotel owner and his family. An interesting mixture of locals and tourists, with freshly prepared foods was an experience not to miss if you are in town during their monthly dinner. I also enjoyed shopping in town and just walking around the town and getting a feel for the life in this picturesque fishing village. If you are considering a villa rental in Ja, book this one now, you will not be sorry. The sunsets alone are worth the price of admission.

“We will be back” This has been my fams best vacation we go somewhere 2 times a year. I didt know what to expect but as soon as i got to the villa i was in heaven. The accomadation was awsome we stayed in the master suit with are 3 yr old son i felt very safe and as if i was at home are fave beach was mahogany that was nice and fave food was Millicents cooking she is a amazing woman and now like fam to me Lindo and Ricardo made the stay fun too always there if you need somthing and make you feel safe my son had a blast in the pool and he loved the big villa ochos rios is such a amazing experiance we cant wait y To go back you have to stay here one time in your life to get the full Jamaican experiance miss u all

“It was great to experience a week of total bliss” From the first moment we felt as if we were coming home. Hio looked after us every day without "hovering" and the food was simply wonderful. Robert keeps everything around the villa in tip top shape and it was quite difficult to actually see him doing it! This will no doubt be our home away from home for some time to come. Rebecca checked in on us often to make sure everything was in order and if we needed anything at all.

“Datura villa will not disappoint!” We visited Datura Villa in Jan. 2014 for the 2nd time. Our first trip was a group of 3 families and this past trip was 5 couples. Both vacations were amazing. The staff makes the trip. Yes, the house is wonderful and the view beyond belief, but the staff makes the house come alive and enhances everything. Don't hesitate to book a week at Datura. Whether you want to be on the go the whole week or relaxing with a good book, you can have that type of vacation at Datura. 2 thumbs up!
