“Quirky little bungalow” We loved our stay in this sweet little place. The outside could do with a lick of paint but it sort 9f adds to the charm. The inside is a lovely homely feel and furnished very quirky. The main bedroom is very comfy has a memory foam mattress that you won't want to leave. The front room is cosy and the kitchen has everything you need for a stay. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and the walk back is slightly uphill so may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues (local taxi is £4). The garden is wild but beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out here in the sunshine. The only downside is that the cleaning was a bit lacklustre but that could be because we arrived earlier than the scheduled arrival time. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

“Very well equipped, decorated and located holiday house” Lovely house, recently refurbished to very high & modern standard. Well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom and spacious bedrooms (the twin room is the smallest, and probably better for children than adults). Good location for the beach (around 100m walk) and shops etc in town. Permit for parking in the carpark opposite very helpful. The welcome hamper, plus all the extras really made the difference (towels, shower gel, soaps, toilet rolls, washing liquid etc). Biggest downside we felt was the view - you are overlooking the carpark, and the fairly constant comings and goings, but this was more than made up for by location and the interior of the house.

“lovely characterful house, in a great part of Kent” This was just what we were looking for. The landlords were friendly and helpful. the house was comfortable and had all the aspects you might want. my two (grown up) daughters were taken with the area and my grand-daughter (not so grown up) enjoyed her first proper beach experience.. My son in law and i volunteered to research the local pubs and were not disappointed. we would willingly visit again.

“A good holiday” Kinsville is a comfortable and well appointed apartment and has the benefit of off road car parking. It is well located 8/10 minutes walk into Broardstairs and also to the sea front. There is a good bus service passing the end of the road and the railway station is about 10 minutes walk. We took full advantage of this as most of our trips were by bus or train interspersed with cliff top walks. As a result we visited Ramsgate, Margate, Westgate on sea, Birchington, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Samdwich and Caterbury. We also spent some time exploring Braodstairs. We had a great holiday!

“Excellent location, excellent size property” Our party ranged 3 generations. The house was a brilliant size and laid out perfectly with second floor consisting of one double room and one twin room with bathroom and separate toilet and the third floor with a double and twin room and shower room with toilet. The lounge was great for us as was the playroom. We didn't have any trouble parking the second car across the road but if you can't find space there is a car park at the end of the road, however a new daily ticket needs to be bought and displayed at 7am! The beach was a 2minute walk away which was fantastic. Our only downside which has nothing to do with the property but more Broadstairs in general, was that we found it hard to entertain the 3, 4 and 7 year old children when we had bad weather. We went to Castle Digby's which had a soft play centre inside but that was 2 miles up the coast. If we wanted to drive I am sure there are lots of other places to amuse the children, like the cinema but we wanted to stay local. We would definitely return to this property and found the communication of the landlady very professional.

“Beautiful cottage in great location” Seagull cottage is an extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished cottage - definitely the best I have stayed in. It has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and is in a great location. We had a great girls weekend and all felt better for the break. The cottage is near to a friendly pub and we had an excellent meal at a restaurant in Broadstairs called Wyatt & Jones. Broadstairs is a lovely unspoilt seaside town with beautiful beaches. To sum up I would 100% recommend this fabulous, beautiful cottage.

“Wonderful and very homely, good location” Came over from Holland to spend a week (27 April - 4 May 2013) at Shorley Wall in Broadstairs. Just loved the house and the location. House was well equipped, everything you needed was there, very spacious. Very clean and the beds were super. There are lovely books, dvd's and a Wii game. The garden is lovely, quiet and very private. Walking distance from the town centre and the beaches. At the house there's lots of information about what to do/see in Broadstairs and The Isle of Thanet. Gina made us feel very welcome, she had made a Victorian sponge for us, which I thought was just lovely. And a welcome package, very thoughtful. Loved the shop around the corner, very handy, very nice people. Broadstairs is just great, good choice of restaurants and pubs. Easy access to London by train (only took us 1 hours 20 minutes). “Half term at the Sunset Penthouse” What a spectacular place to stay! You would be hard pushed to find better accommodation in Margate!! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting the area, the owner is really lovely and the decor is gorgeous, a wonderful trip all round X
