“Centrally located very comfortable flat.” Arrived at Luqua airport to be greeted by Rodney who transported us to the seabreeze apartment.We were shown where things were and settled in to enjoy our stay.The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we required for our self catering stay.We were very well placed for the various restaurants in the area and a stones throw from the promenade and sea.Our host Rodney even sent us a text during our stay asking if there was anything we needed to let him know,many thanks Rodney.Would definitely recommend this apartment.

“Great Location” We stayed at the villa in Mid June. We chose the location as we had stayed at another villa further up the Triq-li-Etna 18 months earlier. We arrived on a delayed flight after 21:00 and the owner met us, checked everything was okay and that pattern continued throughout our stay. Whenever we had an issue (there was only really one and that was our error) they were extremely swift to respond. The apartment itself was the two bedroom 1st floor (not ground) which was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you would need to cater lightly for your family and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived after the shops closed. The pool was really large and during the day it was extremely peaceful. The decking area had a BBQ if you wanted to use it (we didn't) but no seating other than sun loungers. My only slight criticism was the lack of AC. I've been coming to Malta for 30 years and in the height of summer that could be a problem for some but not all. The ceiling fans were okay for the Mid June 25-30c temps but when it peaks out closer to 35-40c in August they might get overwhelmed. The walk to the village is a short five minutes over the hill behind or about 15 minutes up to the main road. There's a selection of great places to eat in the village including the Hilltop, The Commando and if you just want a pizza, try the Cross Keys on the main road. The shops are up there too and there's a couple within a short walk as well as a bottle shop/off licence/cash and carry that does great prices up the street just by the bus stop on the main road. A car is needed to explore properly. The bus on the main road goes down to the beach and the service is frequent.

“Beautiful and comfortable.” Loved this property and its views from the upper balcony's. Well equipped and comfortable. Jane greeted us and made us welcome. Loved the indoor pool although the water was slightly chilly.

“Great and big villa in Mellieha” The Villa is big like with 5 enormous bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ! A large pool - a perfect size for a group booking (we were 10 of us with kids). Its a 2 minute drive to the center where there are shops, supermarkets and all sorts of gift shops. Equipment is modern, it is very nice to have different space in the villa to relax, as BBQ space, etc. Last but not least, Garrett, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful (more than proactive ;-))

“Great for a family holiday” The place was perfect and easily accommodated for all 9 of us. David and Jane where always happy to answer any questions and questions. We didn't understand why we would have to pay for electricity and water if went over in saying that the usage was more then enough and that was for 9 people over 8 days. Getting too and from was hard without a car. Overall was a fantastic holiday house

“A great Week in villa Diamantina” We were 14 people about 20 years old and we spend a great week in villa Diamantina. The house really looks like at the pictures. When we arrived, everything was clean and worked. By the taxi you are very fast at the centre of st. julians. Where you can made party or shopping. The areal around the house is pretty beautiful and you feel safe. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop about st. julians. I recommend the villa diamantina to everybody. wether your a big family to relax or a group of young people. We had great week in villa diamantina!
