“Everything you could want from a rental cottage” We stayed in october 2013. I would highly recommend these rental properties. The gite that we stayed in was furnished to a very high standard and was very comfortable with a lovely open fireplace (chopped wood provided). We booked partly because of the pool and it did not disappoint. It is a good size and was heated to around 29 degrees in late October so that our 3 and 5 year old had a great time in it. Marie and Marc make you feel extremely welcome and are excellent and helpful hosts. They provide a welcome pack of essentials on arrival and Marie was extremely helpful trying to locate a watch that we thought we had lost in one of the local towns (in fact hidden by our 3 year old). Their extensive list of DVDs was also a hit with the children. There are bikes available on site which we used to enjoy the surrounding countryside. You are within 30 mins to an hour of many of the beautiful castles of the Loire. There is a great animal park 2kms down the road with many types of deer. wolves and a tiger and our kids loved the huge zoo which is about 35 mins drive away. We had a great time and would love to return. I could not fault it in any way.

“Wonderful rural gites, beautifully refurbished, with all the amenities a family could need.” We stayed in the 3 bedroom Peuplier gite. It has been recently and very tastefully refurbished. It was warm, comfortable and spacious. Very comfy beds. TV with DVD player, and satellite access to UK TV; dishwasher; microwave, well-stocked with kitchen wares, and two showers and a bath. Lovely, private dining patio, with a view over the extensive grounds. The covered swimming pool was perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds, and there are swings, table-tennis, swingball, boule piste and badminton nets. And hugely warm welcome from the hosts, who were happy to help with any queries. The location is rural, so a car is required (30m to Loches and an hour to Tours), but it's gloriously peaceful and wonderfully relaxing. We'd gladly return.

“Fab return” This is was our second trip and we had another great holiday. Marie & Marc do everything they can to ensure you have a lovely stay. The accommodation is great, the pool is amazing and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor games. And when we wanted to go out you are really close to great chateaux, the zoo and nice vineyards. Really great!
