“A.GEM” Seated on a hillside in a quiet bit of Illfracombe is a little jewel. The Snug is small enough to keep oh so warm and big enough for a small family. It sits close to many walks which is just perfect if you have a Dog. The Snug has a stunning veiw overlooking the town and on a clear day easily see Wales. Nicky & John, the owners are so friendly and welcoming with knowledge of the town and walks. On arrival there was a little surprise for us which was a lovely touch. Definitely going back.

The period features and quality of the furniture is very good. The area is well located to the town and beach and in a quiet residential setting. Thoroughly enjoyed.

“Lovely cottage in a perfect location” The cottage is located in a beautiful village with many picturesque views of the Devon countryside. The accommadation was very well presented on our arrival, clean, well appointed with a welcoming cream tea in the fridge! The village is centrally situated with easy access to all areas of the north Devon coast and towns and we visited most of them during our stay. We have stayed in many cottages over the years and this one rates as one of the best.

“We just love it !” This is the second time we have stayed at Laundry Cottage and we just love it ! it is so peaceful and quiet we can really recharge our batteries. Woolacombe bay is just a short drive away, and ilfracombe is a short walk down the hill. My daughter is just over a year and it is perfect for her. There is a play park just round the corner with lots of things for toddlers and older children as well. Everything you need is in the cottage including hair straighteners so packing is easy, cant wait to go back.
