“All you need to make your holiday a good one” The apartment has all you need for your stay plus extras like beach towels etc and the location is ideal for getting to town, it really is only a 5 minute steady walk to the shops and restaurants yet very quiet at night. The pool man was there every morning so the pool and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. It is worth popping to The Cinar Otel next door, our son ( age 4) had a great time on the water slides and my mom enjoyed reading in the shady poolside huts. The staff are vey friendly, just buy lunch and a few drinks and you can stay as long as you like. I would recommend their Haman ( Turkish Bath) and massage as well!!! The taxi service Sonia uses is very reliable and we also used him for trips. All in all we had a great holiday and would return again. “Best in hisaronu” We stayed at this villa from 26th Sept until the 6th Oct. This was after we had book a villa in an other area and was not very happy with it, and this was the best decision we made. We contacted Mark on the 25th and said we would like to rent his villa the next day. Mark was very helpful and rang Orka to arrange for the villa to be ready for us. We arrived at the villa about 2pm and the reception staff were expecting us. She took us to villa and let us put our cases in, as the cleaners were still in there getting it ready and it would not be available until about 4pm. She then took us to the pool bar and got all 4 of us a cold soft drink free of charge,this was very nice of them, as they did not need to do this. We had this and then went for a stroll into town, this is less than 5 min walk through the back gate. On our return the villa was available. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment you needed there was an outside terrace with a 6 seater ratten table and chairs on one side and also a conservatory style suite and coffee table as we'll. on the other terrace there was some sun loungers and a built in BBQ. The villa is the first one in the complex, near the reception, so you can hear people coming and going, when you are outside, but this was not a problem for us. The complex has a large pool and plenty of sun beds around it. The gardened areas are very well maintained and are very nice. The whole place is spotlessly clean. All the staff on the site are very friendly and always wish you a good morning. The cleaners come about 3 times a week with fresh towels and change your beds.This is not something you will get in a private villa that is not on a complex, and did make a nice change. On our return, Mark gave us a courtesy call to see if everything was fine with our stay, this is not something that most owners do. We would highly recommend this villa,and will be looking at booking again Many thanks Mark for you customer service
