“Prize find” Booked a long weekend at the cottage for Easter Location is brilliant - smack in the heart of Helensburgh with access to all the lochs and trails The cottage is great well equipped and private with a great garden and driveway large enough for 3 cars Owners who are really lovely and helpful live next door but it’s so well done you don’t even realise your next to them as it’s all fenced off with it’s own entrance 4 adults and 2 children stayed and we loved every minute Spotless, quiet. Private 2 bedrooms on ground floor and a loft conversion that sleeps upto 3 My disabled mother managed fine as only 4 steps with handrails going into house all other areas are flat Will go back!

“Nice relaxing break” Elaine and Charles gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Surroundings were amazing. There’s a lovely view over Gare Loch and an impressive site watching the Navy Ships sailing to and from the base. The house itself is well kitted out with everything you need. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The cottage was a good base for exploring Loch Lomand and the Trossachs National Park.

“A touch of luxury in a fantastic location” The luxurious self catering accommodation had been modernised with every attention to detail and top of the range facilities while still keeping the character of the property. We were greeted by the very friendly owners who showed us where everything was and informed us they had put the heating on as the evenings were starting to cool down. Even the fridge and cupboard had been stocked with basics so there was no need to rush out to the shop for anything. There was oodles of hot water for showers and baths, an extremely comfortable super king sized bed with the most comfortable duvet I have ever experienced. There was even a selection of dvd's, books and magazines to cater for every taste and all the local information you might need. Even guide books for local walks which we took out on our trips. I cannot talk highly enough about this property and with it being only 10 minutes from the beautiful Loch Lomond it felt like heaven on earth.
