“Beautiful Sunsets...great condo.” We recently stayed in Kihei at 121 Sugar Beach Resort. We loved the space the condo had to offer. The lanai was amazing as it was a ground level condo. We had an issue with the dishwasher the first day we were there and we called to have it fixed and it was taken care of immediately. The sunsets here were incredible. Great pool...nice beach walk. Due to the storm the water was a little murky so we chose to do the drive to Big Beach instead! (a must see) Would certainly recommend this condo.

“Awesome Vacation” The staff of ali'i are great! Helpful, honest and humorous. #329 was a comfortable condo, the view is great, we love the pool and beach access. However #329 could definetly use a new sofa!! and some nicer touches. We would stay in 329 again if the sofa was replaced. We did enjoy every minute of our vacation!

“Wonderful Stay in North Kihei” We stayed 3 nights in unit #430 in January, 2013. The unit was recently remodeled and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony and living room was wonderful. We were able to watch whales from the balcony and all the canoe clubs launch near the resort. We used the grilling area one night, which was very nice. The resort is in a quiet area of Kihei..and we were very glad we were not in the South part of Kihei; a much busier area. We did not spend much time during the day at the resort, as we explored the area. We traveled to the summit of Haleakala for sunset one day, and drove past Wilmea to go to big and small beach and to go snorkeling at ulul beach (we missed the dolphins). It was very windy the days were were there so some snorkeling beaches were too rough to snorkel. We went snorkeling at Black Rock in Lahania one day..and it was an easy trip from this resort. Lunch at Mama's fish house was a 35 minute drive. A must do! There is an aBC store near the resort, and some great shaved ice in the same plaza. The location of this resort is perfect for exploring much of Maui and you will return to a much quieter area at the end of the day for wine on the balcony!

“Two Weeks of Bliss” We were very impressed with the professional and helpful service that was provided to us from ali'i Resorts. We would certainly use them again. Since we were the last unit on the main floor and we were the only big tree that provided some shade just a couple of feet from your lanai you did not always have privacy to eat your meals outside on your lanai. We would get up and get our lounge chairs all set up for a little sun and if we left them for a few minutes the other people took them and our spot. We got used to it after a while. They would leave their towels and books on the chairs in front of our unit for the whole day and come and go as they pleased. The condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - there was not a kitchen gadget that was not there - the linens between the bedroom sheets to bathroom towels were a-1. The accommodations were very good - a lot of space. The location was great - there was a market for fruits, vegetables and baked goods right across the street. There was also an aBC store right across the street if you needed any last minute groceries (eggs, milk, juice etc.). We loved hearing the waves during the day and night, the site was very quiet and peaceful, the property was very clean as well. This is a excellent family location.

“307 Kihei Beach Resort” What a fantastic view, with miles of beach to walk everyday! The service was fantastic, with a prompt, private greeter at the resort. The website photos are a perfect shot of the accommodations. The kitchen in the condo was moderately well stocked; however,it was outdated in every way from appliances to dishes. The only truly regrettable part of the unit, though, was the bedroom carpet. Quite disgusting with bleach dripped all along the floor, accompanied by stains and wear. We plan to stay at the same resort next year, but will choose a different unit if the carpet isn't changed.

“Good location, beachfront, relaxing and peaceful.” The Unit was very nice and clean and comfortable. Great location and great views. Lots of good restaurants close by and grocery stores. Would love to stay here again.

“Maui! We will missu you!” It's addicting to wake each morning with such a spectacular view, easing ourselves into the day by reading a book on the balcony listening to the waves lapping on the shore. And Kia, thank you for your assistance with all reservations! We enjoyed all of your recommendations.
