“A once in a lifetime MUST!” There is not one part of this holiday experience that really wasn't out of this world. The staff, which seems odd to call them this, are marvellous, interesting, funny and just lovely people, the food is the best I have experienced, and I do love good food, the accommodation is absolute luxury... everything was just brilliant, including the skiing for someone who had never been before! Everything was fabulous. A true must for all, worth every penny - I would say more!

“Top notch place to stay with all mod cons and tech for the kids...” Very tastefully furnished and well stocked apartment - with everything you need for a great time which is 2-3 mins walk to the centre of the village. Samoens is a lovely village ideally situated - with lots of places to eat and drink, a local market and fresh food - good large supermarket 5 mins away. We rented the apartment for a week - which wasn't really long enough for us to do all we wanted to do - weather was great with lots of sun during the day and when it rained - it rained overnight We did lots of cycling, climbing (Via Ferrata ) and rafting as well as lots and lots of hiking up into the mountains - literally right on the doorstep - this is truly a beautiful part of the Alps with so much on offer. If you are feeling lazy you can always take the lifts up and walk down..! We would highly recommend to anyone who loves all the modern creature comforts and wants to be able to access the great outdoors right on your doorstep.

“Absolutely Brilliant” Tony and Claire are the ultimate hosts. Tony could not have done enough for us in terms of ferrying us around and Claire is an amazing cook! The house is totally beautiful and relaxing and my enduring memory is sitting in a hot tub with a glass of wine looking at Mont Blanc in the snow - bliss! We will definitely be back!

“Wonderfully luxurious stay in a glamorous and cosy chalet! Very happy indeed” We travelled as a large group of friends (so a full house) and the chalet still felt spacious and roomy. Celebrated JanuaryFest in style- the chalet is absolutely perfect for a gathering given all the space available and the entertainment systems available (TV/DVD/music). Had a fabulous time on the local pistes, made good use of the links to the rest of the Portes du Soleil and frequented the truly excellent local patisseries! I'd recommend the place any day of the week!

“Luxurious and Practical!” Chalet Roc provided us with the perfect base for our Morzine trip. Walking into the chalet on the first day really set the tone for the whole holiday; the house is beautifully decorated with a classic, contemporary style. The rooms are all spacious and everything well laid out. Whether we were walking to the ski lift or in to town for an evening meal, everything was easily accessible and meant that we didn’t need to use our car for the whole week. We plan to return to Chalet Roc soon and will certainly be recommending it to our family and friends.

“This was the absolute trip of a lifetime...accommodations, food and mountains were spectacular!!!” This was bar none the best snowboard trip Ive ever been on and I've been on plenty! Short of the unbelievable conditions and views that Chamonix has to offer, the Marmotte Mountain Adventure team absolutely waited on us hand and foot the entire week. The gourmet food was spectacular, the rustic accommodations were breath taking and again the team that catered to us for the week were unbelievably gracious and friendly. I would recommend this trip to any and everyone!

“Fantastic apartment in perfect location” Lovely apartment, recently renovated. All rooms good size with comfy beds and good quality linen and bathrooms very nice indeed. Ipod speakers in every room and very comfy sitting and eating areas. Wonderful hot tub shared between the 2 apartments. Easy walk from grande montee lift. Adventure base sorted catering for 3 nights for us to make life easy. This was our second year of booking and will do so again we hope!
