“Beautiful and relaxing home...Loved it!!!” Thank you for allowing us to rent this roomy wonderful place. The owner andrew was great and very fast in responding to all questions, as the property manager Greg was friendly and helpful showing us where eveything was and being avalaible as needed. The photos accurately reflected the property and even more impressive in person. It's a big "waouu" when you entered the door! The property had a great layout,large backyard with grapefruit trees,and amazing pool with spa. Lots of grass and shade to keep you cool. Very private. The kitchen was really well organized, with everything you need for cooking. Each rooms where decorated with taste. Well maintened property. The house is in walking distance to downtown, in a very nice part of Palm Springs. We treated the property like our own and with the respect it deserves. We had a wonderful time staying in this house, and we definitely would stay again. We highly recommend this house in a heart beat!!!

“Great Owner!” This is not a review of the property, as unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday at short notice - this a review of our interactions with Ron, the owner. He was very friendly and helpful when we first booked his property back in October, and very understanding and kind when we had to postpone our much needed holiday in the sun. We had been very excited about staying at his wonderful looking property, and recommend him wholeheartedly from all our interactions.

“Great time in my old "home" town” I had lived in PS for 14 years and moved away last august so my 19 year old son and I decided to vacation in PS for a week. I found Tom's house on Flipkey and fell in love with it. Tom was awesome to work with. When I lived there I lived in a windy area so I knew this area of Tom's house and knew it would be the perfect spot...and it was. The pool area is like a tropical paradise. Peaceful and quiet, if you want, or you can have the house speaker system on in the house/pool area and listen to XM/Sirus on the satalite TV. So sweet!!! We did love everything about it. The only downfall was the internet was not high speed and that didn't bother me but it did my son since he was not able to have on line gaming parties with his old school mates and the house is set up great for entertaining. The TV room is set up perfect with a very confortable couch and the decor in the whole house is great. Loved the pics on the walls. I would rent from Tom again in a heartbeat.
