“"The Crackin Cowstall"” Hi all.
I don't think we can recommend this place enough.
Our host Jan had thought of everything, supplying milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Eggs laid by her own chickens which were delicious by the way. Bowl of fruit, washing up liquid, tea towels... You name it, there it was..
On to the accommodation itself. This was just lovely, a real home from home. Very comfortable and cosy. The underfloor heating in the kitchen, dining/lounge area helped with that.
Nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds and a really good bathroom with walk in shower.
Outside through the French doors there is a good size patio area with an outlook over a large green area, ideal for children to have a run around and beyond that a paddock area.
The property is also in a good location for those wanting to travel out to further a field.
I think we will definitely book here again sometime in the future..
Thank you Jan..
“For me this is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places on earth!” I have travelled to Glastonbury since more than ten years and all the different hotels I had booked were more or less "okay" -
The day I have found Ann`s and Tony`s Mill Barn - I lost my heart: to the owners and this litlle piece of paradies - (and have returned many times).
Ann has prepared everything in this luxury accomandation with so much love - the furniture, the dishes, the sheets,( there is a washing mashine, a dish washer and everything you would like to find in a kitchen - and i really mean everything.)
You have a cosy fireplace inside, and an indescribable place at the little river-
i could sit there forever, watching the dragonflies and my heron.
