“home from home - amazing location” we have been lucky enough to have been travelling for two months staying in various flats throughout europe and the uk and not one has compared to the way in which neil and gabby have prepared their flat for others to use - it has everything. it really was as though we were at home once we found our way around. if you love the sea and a busy canal then the location was wonderful with busy boat traffic (not noisy) right outside the window. the water bus stop was a slow ten minute walk away and once on the water busses everywhere was close enough and it was fun taking to the sea rather than roads. giudecca is lovely and not as crowded and the mainland and we enjoyed just chilling in the flat when not sightseeing. neil has priced the flat very well and in comparison to others available it is cheap. in short we loved our stay in Venice.
