“Awesome Place to Stay!” Stayed there for a week and had an absolute ball. Villa is extremely clean and exactly as pictured on the website. We had so much fun in the pool we forgot the Villa had a pool table! Definitely booking this one again next vacation!

“A wonderful alternative to a hotel stay” Our trip was for a sad family event and we were travelling with a 4 week old infant on a car trip that took 14 hours. The thought of a hotel/motel was horrifying. The Purple Parrot was the perfect alternative. It was wonderful to have a nice mini-home when we got to the coast. We used the pool and spa in the middle of winter. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this location and have stayed here before during the summer - it was definitely a good time.

“A wonderful, comfortable stay!” We were enthusiastically greeted upon check-in and right away felt welcomed! Paula was so patient and helpful, full of great tips and ideas for our stay in Pensacola. Loved the free-standing home! The place was beautiful inside and very, very clean! The kitchen was well-stocked and loved having a washer/dryer right there. The screened-in porch was a nice touch to enjoy the outdoors anytime day or night. My only disappointment was the really stained living room carpet (which was quite plush and lovely at one time!) and the grill on the porch was unusable. The pools on the property were easily accessible and the large outdoor pool was amazing!! We had a very quiet stay, and anyone else we ran into was very friendly. Close to the Naval Base where our son was staying, so that was a plus. We would definitely stay again and we would ask specifically for Junkanoo 14B!

“Relaxing in a beautyiful environment!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Sitting out on the porch, we enjoyed watching all the native wild life running around. We had a restful week and will look forward to doing business again. The house was extremely comfortable and we wanted for nothing. We felt right at home! Thanks asgain for a great, restful week!

“Cozy and Comfortable” I recently stayed at Purple Parrot with a group of girls for my sister's bachelorette party. We rented the one bedroom, one bath with a fold out couch bed. I was very impressed upon walking in but noticed it was hot (the staff keeps the air off when it isn't occupied). Later we realized the place still wasn't cooling and didn't know who to call. We did notice that other units had a heating/cooling repair van outside. Luckily the weather was nice enough, and we were in an upstairs unit, so we just opened the windows and let the beach breeze blow in. The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. We also didn't notice that in renting the condo we would be charged with an extra $224. The $300 they charge upon booking is for rental only. It ended up being about $524 for a four night stay, which still isn't bad. Overall, our stay was nice and I would definately stay again.

“Wonderful Stay in Perdido” We stayed at the Boogie Man for a week in July and loved it. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our group. We liked being a short walking distance from the pool, but not so close that the music would keep us up at night. It was great to have the pool and tiki bar as an alternative to the beach. It was nice to be able to meet and visit with other people who were staying at the Purple Parrot, and although the property appeared to be full, it never felt crowded. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return next year.

“Nice” Our stay at Carribean Soul was a nice one. I was especially happy with the location of Carribean Soul. It was in the back of the resort and was quiet and peaceful. We loved watching the birds in the courtyard. The condo was fairly clean, however, there were 2 big dead roaches in the kitchen when we arrived and there were also small ones in the upstairs bedroom. They did not have a curtain on one of the living room doors and I informed the office, but no one ever came to fix that. Also, if you decide to stay there...Please read the rental policy. You cannot bring any outside food or drink to the pool area because of the Tiki Bar and Grill. Our first day there, we were stopped at the gate and told that we could not bring anything in. I had a bottle of water and had to throw it away because I was not allowed to bring it in. We felt like we were constantly being watched. With that being said, overall, we had a nice week and we felt it was worth the money spent (which was way less than most condos we checked into). We would stay there again.

“Return to Me 45C” We recently stayed in this unit for a week. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is easily accessible. We loved the pool area. There were two negatives in this unit. The upstairs bath has mold growth all over the ceiling and the sinks were backing up.. Had we contacted maintenance they would have corrected the sinks.. Overall, wonderful unit!

“Spring Break” We had a good time but my husband and I could have a good time anywhere. The condo was nice, although we do have a few suggestions for the owners. Their bed felt like a full not a queen, it was a little tight. There is plenty of room for a king which we would have preferred. The condo had so much decoration in it that we had to move stuff just to sit something down. They really need to clear off the kitchen countertop, kitchen table, night stands and end tables so the people staying there will have a place to put their stuff. The TV is old and it is not in front of the sofa so there is not a good angle to watch TV and we ended up sitting on the floor or moving chairs around. The carpet needs cleaning badly you can tell they have pets. The shower head is about 10 feet from the ground and by the time the water hits you it loses pressure. They need to install a hand held shower head for shorter people. They also need to purchase a cheap plastic quart jug with a top on it to put in their kitchen for mixing tea, etc. The only one they had was a glass picture with no lid. This is the first condo we have stayed in ever that didn't have one. The pool was nice, although we would not stay here in the summer because during those months they do not allow outside food or drinks at the pool. There is a tiki bar on the pool grounds which force you to purchase their overpriced drinks, not family friendly

“We are going to return!” The condo was extremely clean and adorably decorated. The amenities were a huge plus for a family (two pools, hot tub, washing machine/dryer). The area had a great deal of activities for families with children of all ages. The only fault of this condo was the location. We wish it sat closer to the beach so we could hear the waves. The surroundings were peaceful.

“It was absolutely Perfect !” Our Beach house was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, clean and confortable with everything we ever wanted or needed. “The perfect get away from it all place.” Everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, convenient, well located and nicely decorated with extra special thoughtfulness for the renter. “Perfect panhandle getaway” This is a grat place to stay, despite being right on the beach. It's close enough and is away from the high rise crowd. Stayed at a different one in the same complex before; will return for another visit next year. Jd, the manager, is easy to work with and is just great. Very good value if you are staying at least a week.

“can't wait to come back” we frequent the Pensacola/Orange Beach area almost annually and typically stay in a hotel. We found our stay at the purple parrot a very nice alternative to hotel stays and was much more comfortable. Our boys could spread out and enjoyed their stay and play more than they could have in a hotel
