“Excellent!” We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, welcoming, homey, family-friendly vacation home. The owner was very sweet and greeted us personally when we arrived. We were close to a quiet sandy public beach and in a super location to explore many other fun spots. There is an excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. There are beautiful views from the balconies, particularly when a thunderstorm is coming. Couldn't ask for anything more.

“Great” This was rental was in a quiet residence with a secured locked gate. Felt very safe, quiet and close to all amenities. Suited our family great. I probably wouldn't suggest anymore than 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements were great but when we wanted to gather down in the living room kitchen area wasn't much room for the 10 of us. Ither than that great rental spot.

“Fantastic stay at Regal Oaks Resort” Had a fantastic vacation at the Regal Oaks Resort. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The resort has a fabulous pool and separate supervised water slides as well as plenty of sunbeds to relax. There is a lovely bar and restaurant, a gym and shop. The location is perfect and is convenient for Disney and Universal, as well as being a great base for exploring further afield. It's also very close to the Old Town area in Kissimmee which has shops and entertainment to enjoy. I would highly recommend this for your vacation and would be very happy to visit there again.

“Wonderful beach” The unit was very very clean. Short walk to beach with comfortable lounge chairs. Nice community patio with grills and picnic tables. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with just one exception of just one dish towel and no dish cloths. Easy fix at dollar store. Loved that the supplies of soaps were of the good quality mrs Meyer and not cheap stuff. Nicely decorated but not the most comfy furniture. If you are working, the bar stools can be uncomfortable after a period of time. The table is very small too for someone working but the photos do show this. The bathroom sink area is a bit tight but very nice. Loved the shower rainwater shower head. Great pressure. The bed was too soft for us but maybe others would like that. Music at captain curt’s can be loud at night but sound machines are provided on both sides of the bed. Genius! We met nice neighbors and the community all seemed very nice including the office staff. Walked across the street to captain curt’s in mornings for a cappuccino and croissant a couple of times. Croissants were great! Dior was very nice to work with and quick to respond. His attention to detail was appreciated.

“Exceptional” This place was beautiful... I’ve always booked hotel rooms when I go on vacations but never again will I book a hotel... this place had everything I could ask for and more my family and I were very pleased and satisfied.
