“An very enjoyable stay with beautiful location” The situation of the cottage is quite remote - but the views and the location more than make up for that. Everything needed is at the cottage and the owners very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.
“Quiet location with wonderful views & grounds but the cottage needs a refurb”

I am sad that these visitors did not appreciate the ambience of valuable antique furniture. The cottage was decorated and new carpets fitted over the winter. Sadly they left the kitchen in a considerable mess including a new cooker in a very dirty state. It is inevitable that cobwebs occur overnight in old stone cottages. This is our first poor review in many years of letting and I hope it will not deter future visitors.
