“Fabulous Holiday” What a fab week had by all, the welcoming pack was superb ( the dogs enjoyed there treats), the cottage is well equiped, lots of good walks (for the dogs) beautiful views from every window, so close to all amenities and the local people were so friendly, can not wait to book for next year.

“What an amazing find.” What an amazing find, a lovely location for a beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment. Every need was provided for, from the wood burning stove to the vases of freshly cut flowers.It was warm, comfortable and very relaxing and we enjoyed the ever changing seascape from the panoramic windows. Brilliant base for exploring this unspoilt area of Scotland with its pretty fishing villages and for walks along the coastal path. Thanks Janis and Ian.

“Home away from Home!” What an amazing stay, we felt welcome from the outset. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. The Sheiling is both new and equipped to top quality. Built thoughtfully & unobtrusively into the hillside, we were greeted by an amazing view which we never tired of. With predominantly glass on three sides of the house the "picture frame" view is available to all rooms. Awesome bed in the main bedroom, slept better than ever!! A very special thank you to Bob and Moira for their hospitality. A definite must stay again venue. Highly recommended.

“Idyllic” The whole holiday experience, including the booking of the holiday, the very professional website and the obvious personal caring of the owner was simply superb! 21 Shoregate exceeded our expectations, which were already high! I cannot heap too much praise on the the owner of this Fife idyll! Their beautiful home was comparable with any 5 star property I've stayed in...either here or abroad! This is not just a place to stay...it's a place that is so well furnished,so clean and immaculate...it's the kind of place you really feel at home in. Every attention to detail has been carefully and lovingly considered. It's far and away the best holiday cottage I've ever experienced! I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful home to all that appreciate the best!

“Fantastic Apartment” The Boot Room is lovely, spacious and well equipped, whilst at the same time being a warm, welcoming home. It is a five minute walk into the town and from the beach and is set amongst trees and green space. It is, perhaps, the best equipped holiday rental I have ever stayed in. Whatever you need, you’ll find it. There are lots of personal touches which make it more than just a rental property. The host, Alison, is very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

“We'll be back!” Absolutely loved this place, ideal for a quick get away from it all break. Beautifully furnished, well kept and well appointed, this has the right balance of tasteful decoration and relaxed informality. Nice to have bedrooms without TVs, lovely views across corn fields and easy to access the East Neuk of Fife. Our dog was made particularly welcome by the owners dog which made for a very relaxed time.

“Fabulous location and views” We travelled to Barnyards with friends to do some cycling, we were blessed with excellent weather which helped. Barnyards is an excellent location to base yourself for the whole of Fife. The cottage is very comfortable and the hot tub after a hard day in the saddle was very welcome. Easy walk to the village where there is good food available
