The flat was absolutely wonderful. An elevator took you to the 6th floor of the absolutely comfortable, clean, spacious flat. Looking through the window you had a peek of St. Paul's Cathedral, from another window you got a glimpse of the Post Office Tower. The flat had everything that one could possibly need, from a pin to an anchor, anything you could need, the host had already thought of it and was available.
The location was excellent, the bus stop, the tube station were literally across the road. Boots, Tesco and Sainsbury were less than a minute walk away.
As we like to walk, we were able to walk to Museum of London, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern and even to Marble Arch! Not to mention the numerous restaurants! That's just an indication of how central the location is!
Last, but certainly not least, Sandy the host, is very organised and he has a book that explains EVERYTHING!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and staying at this property. The general view was that this property was now the benchmark from which ALL other properties would be judged!
I will have no hesitation in staying here again, and will certainly recommend this property. THANK YOU Sandy! …

Perfect location, great room, nice area!
The room itself was wonderful! We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. Bacon, eggs, milk, and croissants (the latter 2 delivered every morning) were free and delicious! There was a TV in the bedroom and the living room and enough space to have two private enough feeling areas. My partner stayed with me for 6 days and the bed was very comfortable. He then left Wednesday morning and Wednesday night I had a girlfriend come and stay for 6 days. The couch was able to pull out into a bed so we each had our own sleeping areas which was lovely. There was also a free washer and dryer in the basement and free coffee pods with a coffee machine in the room and even a dishwasher! We stayed on the 5th floor and there was an office building with people in offices directly across from us so we mostly kept the curtains down, no big deal though. All the people that worked there were very kind and helpful. There was cleaning service every few days if we wanted it. Just a quick elevator downstairs and 1 minute walking to the train. The apartment didn't look like the one in the pictures but it was still great so no complaints here. Oh and the shower was really great, that's important too, good heat and pressure.
The location was great. It was quiet and secluded but still close to the good areas. The flat is basically next to Farringdon station (Underground & National Rail stops) which is only one stop from Kings Cross station which is one of the main hubs to get around. It's only 10-15 train ride to Picadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, & Covent Garden which were the areas we mostly went out in and we saw a few plays so it was nice that it was so easy and convenient to get to the West End area. Right around the area are nice restaurants, some nice pubs, a sports bar, some cafes, and a 24 hour liquor store less than 5 minutes walking so it basically had everything necessary for comfort right there.
The only issue I had with the room was the Wi-Fi. We were on the 5th floor so maybe it had something to do with that. But I went to the first floor it was a little better in the lobby but still not functional. They had a portable dongle they lent us for free but it only worked for two days and then I couldn't get any internet from it after that. We purchased a high-speed data plan for our phone (traveling from the U.S.) so it was fine. I only needed Wi-Fi for some school work I needed to do. I ended up just postponing that. So if you have phone data and don't need Wi-Fi everything was perfect. But if you have work or something to do that's the only place I'd say be cautious. …

Exceptional standard, a lot of thought and money has gone into these apartments and it shows!
I booked my stay for 10 days and arrived in London Heathrow at 6am after 17 hrs flying. The owners were amazing - they let me lie down in a spare apartment while mine was being cleaned as they'd upgraded me to the penhouse. Can you see the average hotel doing that? No chance! I was impressed from the start.
The apartments are all very large and very centrally located, with an underground station, restaurants and convenience stores all within 5 mins walk. They have just be finished to an amazing standard. Wood floors, quality furniture, great kitchens with Bosche appliances, dishwasher etc. Two flat screen TV's with excellent reception - on in the living area and one in the bedroom. A proper sprung sofa bed that worked well as a sofa and a bed when I had a friend staying over one night. Good airconditioning as well throughout the apartment, something that is becoming more important in central London. Also free & fast wi-fi throughout the building.
The area is quiet and safe at night. In the day time, it's mostly office workers and there is very little road noise as the property is in a quiet side street. There's a lift to all five floors, and the whole place was immaculate - not a scuff or stain anywhere. I know it's fairly new but they are intent on keeping up standards.
The basement has a laundry area with two Bosche washing machines and two large dryers, as well as steam irons and ironing boards.
It is very easy to feel at home there and a longer term stay would be no hassle - everything is there for you. Housekeeping also were top notch, changed my towels on request early, and kept the place spotless.
The downside? Really only that the bed is queen size and a little squeezed in but that's maybe just that apartment. The duvet is top quality, the pillows not so much. I found them lumpy and uncomfortable - they could do better than this at Ikea even.
Overall though, this is way ahead of some of the more tired old serviced apartment chains out there and I think must easily be the best in London. …
