Our apartment is cleaned by local cleaning company. This is the first time I had a complaint and will take it up with the relevant people. As for the chlorine in the swimming pool I will inform the managing agents and bring it to their attention. Security in the complex is excellent, but nobody can guard against opportunistic thieves. Common sense dictates you keep your valuables in the apartment where there is a safe. we had full booking for the whole year and NEVER HAD COMPLAINT RE CLEANLINESS iN FACT WE JUST REFURBISHED THE APARTMENT
