We are sorry to hear that the electricity charged at cost "left a bitter taste". This is as advertised and we do state in our guest file that if guests would like to know at any time their useage & cost to just let us know. We factor this cost when deciding upon the tariff and including the cost of electricity & tariff paid we calculate that the cost of your stay was £35 / night which included use of an indoor heated pool for which there are no extra charge. We wish you well but are curious why you waited a year to review.
